History
Established in 2011.
Founder and chef Justin Chinchen came up with a rebellious line of BBQ sauces in 2011.
But when he investigated bottling the sauce, Justin says "nobody in California could help." So he moved to Denver, "the hotbed for startup food". So when he arrived in Denver, he decided to secure his own equipment to bottle his own trademark "Redlaw Sauce" and also wet co-pack for other small entrepreneurs having the same challenging bottling dilemma.
Since then Redlaw Co-Packers has experienced 100 percent annual growth.
Meet the Business Owner: Justin C.
In 2010 while cooking on the Walder ranch, Justin had great opportunity to experiment with grilling and BBQ'ing, smothering Western meats at first with his own trademark whiskey-cherry BBQ sauce. Then concocting other delectable BBQ and Hot Sauces, always including unique ingredients.
A self-described "outlaw at heart", Chinchen has a passion for ensuring his sauces are all-natural.
He decided to bottle his own sauces and invested in his own bottling equipment in Golden, Colorado.
Justin still retains his passion for cooking and creating delectable sauces, but still finds time to run his bottling and co-packing plant.
