All the 5 star reviews led me to Armor. Our saviors! Response time was promised within 2 hours, and they showed up even sooner. We were offered the option of replacing the offending part or installing a whole new furnace. I didn't see the point of putting a brand new part into a 20+ year old unit, then waiting for the next failure. So, new furnace it is. A few hours later, our house was warm and toasty again! Same day service from a thoroughly polite and professional crew? Yes, please! I can't praise this company highly enough. Our AC is getting older too, and I wouldn't dream of calling anyone other than Armor when the time comes.

They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. It was a big job that took a couple hours but they were friendly and respected our home by taking off shoes, etc. we felt the price was spot on. We'd definitely call these guys again.

I called Isaac HVAC and spoke with a rep in Rochester who was very empathetic to our situation. We are seniors with heart conditions and the temp was reaching 98°. We were put on the list for a very short wait time. Jordan came to our rescue. He was polite, on time and very attentive to what we were telling him regarding the air and the problems fixing it. He was done within an hour or so. The price was VERY fair. I am just amazed at the level of honesty, professionalism, courtesy and knowledge that stands behind this company. Isaac HVAC is the best. Hands down. Thank you all so very much.

Jordan thoroughly inspected my unit and troubleshooted the potential causes for the "weird noise". Once he identified the issue, he quickly checked to see if the needed part was available. He then ventured out in the foot of snow we had, picked up the part and came back and did the install. Great job!! So, again Isaac came through when needed and I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated by Jordan and his support team.

As a bona fide customer of Warm & Fuzzy H&C for two years, a review is in order…read more Most, if not all HVAC companies are owned by licensed plumbers, and their workers, mostly unlicensed, work under the owners license. I honestly don't know if this is true with W&F, BUT, I will say from the past two years of having them perform services on my HVAC system, I have ZERO complaints. The workers really know what they're doing. They follow the "If it isn't broke, don't fix it", nor do they try to 'up-sell'. (I've been badly burned by past, supposedly 'experienced and knowledgeable' "plumbers" in the past that worked under the license of their employer. One in particular advertises extensively in my area, and the reason I swore-off those kinds of businesses was that the worker found a "small crack in the heat exchanger. Good thing, right? When they quoted over $4k for (just) a new furnace, I called the gas company in. They found SEVERAL cracks and urged me to get a new unit asap, lest me and my pets succumb to CO2. That was the last straw! Needless to say, I hired a legit company that installed a new furnace AND a new AC unit, with ducting, for the grand total of $3,800. A friend of whom I trust their judgement, recommended W&F. I researched them and gave them a try. I was really impressed with their checklist, and as I keep saying, their work ethic overall. To the end point: I gave W&F 5 stars because they...have extensive knowledge, explain what they did and the results, provide a new furnace filter, clean-up after themselves and---if they made an error in scheduling a seasonal service that was some how overlooked---will make up for it. (In my case, they somehow forgot to do the Spring service on my AC, so they re-scheduled it for the next Spring at no charge. Yes, I had already paid for it, but with past HVAC companies, they somehow 'forgot' that I had pre-paid. I asked them not to bother to come). If W&F finds an issue, they fix it perfectly. They let me know what to keep an eye on (if necessary), and so forth. They also dress professionally and address their customers with respect. They never act like THEY are doing you the favor. They truly endeavor to earn and keep your business. ALL HVAC companies should automatically do this, or so you'd think. But with W&F, this is automatically a 'given'. You know that when they leave, you have peace of mind that your AC and furnace will work as it's supposed to. Period.

Warm and Fuzzy scheduled an appointment for less than 24 hours after my initial call. The technician that was originally scheduled for our job got tied up at a previous one and the company called right away to inform me of the delay. They were able to find someone to come out right away so the delay was a non-issue. Robert was extremely courteous and took care of the minor issues within 20 mins and even gave me tips on how to maintain the system going forward. I would highly recommend this company! To Warm and Fuzzy, Thank you for the great service and Robert was awesome! Wish more people were like him!

Our A/C unit failed unexpectedly, and my husband contacted the nearest company closest to our home,…read morewhich happened to be LJL. They were very friendly and personable, but they are a 2-man business. They don't do financing options which is either make it or break it for some people. Our situation, on August 12th we initiated a service call, when they showed up our AC unit was frozen, and they needed to come back another day once the system thawed. August 13th called to see availability, they were not available and to call back the next day. Next day came and they were unavailable. August 15th, called and confirmed they would be at our house at 2pm so I left work early, picked up my daughter and ran home to be there for them, 40 minutes later, they were still not at my house. I had my husband message them to find out their ETA and they told him, "they got caught up in another job and stopped for lunch and would be stopping by the next day". Sorry, but I have an infant at home, and it was a very hot day and I have been waiting for 4 days already so them coming the "next day" was out of the question and I told them this. Next thing I know, they are at my house (10 minutes later) and putting the coolant into the system to get it running. About a week later the bill arrives and I was shocked. They charged us for a service call, which is fine, BUT they made an appointment to be at my house, at a specific time and they didn't arrive on time! I had to change around my afternoon for them! I don't feel I should have to pay for a service call if they can't keep their appointments on time AND common courtesy would be to text or call your appointment and let them know you aren't coming or will be late! We ultimately decided not to go with this company originally for the fact that they don't do financing options but after seeing this bill and how they can't respect other peoples time, it made me question whether or not they would do this again, if we chose to go with them to do our repairs. Would they set an appointment date and just not show up? Would they say, "I'll be there at such a time, and then show up hours later inconveniencing me yet again?" It's something that you need to really need to think about before you consider going with this company.
