I own a BMW 645ci and when I bought this car I was told that everything must be done at BMW since it is a high performance imported auto. I found that I will pay twice the amount of money to go to BMW and they always seem to find something else that needs to be done. I never get this at Redhawk. They take care of what I have asked them to and have never once told me that tons of extra things to be done in addition. Every one of the employees is very efficient and respectful. I always take my car to Redhawk Auto! If I have something wrong I can swing by and they are always very accommodating even when they are busy. read more

I bring all of my cars here. I get honest and reliable service each time. I mainly bring in my 1999 Ford Mustang Gt here and have had Fuel Injector service done, a full tune up, spark plugs, full synthetic oil changes regularly, tire rotations, shock and strut replacements. The only reason my mustang is running so smoothly is due to the excellent workmanship and upkeep they have done to my Mustang. They give you many different pricing options depending on the quality of parts you would like installed. All of their recommended parts have lifetime warranties. However if you bring in new aftermarket parts they will also install those too. If your looking for good service and good prices this is the shop to go to. Stay Far AWAY from OLD TOWN TIRE. We were preparing our 17 yr old truck for sale and had plenty of repairs that needed to be done to get it in shape to sell. Michael really came through for us. We got several estimates from three other places for all the work that needed to be done and although this garage was not the lowest initially, they wanted to keep us as customers and it showed! They met the lowest estimate from another garage and got everything done FAST. The repairs all came with warranty that was unmatched by the other garages as well. I highly recommend this shop. I went in because my alternator was making a loud noise the night before. When I went to start my car to have them check it out it wouldn't even start, ends up my alternator, driver belt, and battery all needed to be replaced. Josh was so helpful and nice got my car right in and had everything done by close. Now my car is running better than it did when I first got it and doesn't make a sound. I had to get my mom's car smogged for registration. Turns out, you actually have to drive the car more than to and from the grocery store in order for the car to run its own emission computer check. Luckily, Noy explained this to me and was able to fit my 2nd visit (after driving the car for awhile) in between his appointments with very little wait time. I brought my car in for their free brake check. My front brakes were making a loud noise and I wanted to have them checked. They couldn't have been nicer. They informed me that I did not need new brakes and had lots of life left on them. They did recommend an alignment which I knew I already needed. I had that fixed and also had them turn my rotors. Price was reasonable and my car was ready by 1pm. Thank you for a job well done. The car drives nice and straight and no loud noises when i brake. They were very friendly and honest. But Michael Petric was very kind and filled the tank for me anyway, even though it held them up going home ! and the other gentleman there at the time ( i didnt get his name) came up voluntarily and put the tank in my car , securing it so it would not roll or bump around. I stopped by a day ago to get my car fixed, we had a heavy grinding sound that probably spelled the worst for my rotors. My wife and I called in ahead of time and spoke to Manny who gave us all the info we needed and stopped in later. They gave me an honest assessment and told me the rotors could be salvaged to save me a couple bucks so I took their advice and went ahead with it. Picking it up the next day the car ran great! No more squealing or grinding and it breaks even smoother than before! They did a fantastic job and provided AMAZING service.
