The battery on my cell phone has been losing it's charge earlier and earlier in the day after charging all night. Stopped by the shop today and an option was to purchase a new battery. $75.00 including tax, with more charging capacity then I had and will last at the higher charge for 2 to 4 years. I thought that was a solid purchase. Batman did the job in 12 1/2 minutes! Great job! read more

Five stars for this excellent family run business. I took my iPhone X in to see if it was possible to repair, after going other places with no luck. Within two hours I had my iPhone repaired and working as new. Highly recommended, if repairs are possible this place can do it. read more

Honest staff, great company. I have a high value for integrity and every time I have come here I have been impressed.

My second time here (yes, second ) and I am SO thankful for this place! Not only are they great guys, they do the job right! Nils even stayed a little past close to help and was so sweet to help me and another customer however he could! Do NOT go anywhere else! (& Verizon wanted to charge me for a new phone) Nils got it done in 30 minutes for less than 1/4 of the cost and my phone works like new! Go see Trey & Nils! read more

Out of this world customer care! I won't be specific, but I got a helluva good deal on an iPad I thought was broken. They have earned my business for as long as I live here. Thanks for the great experience, guys. I'll definitely be recommending to everyone I know. read more

I broke my phone back in April. I went to Redding Smart Repair the next day to get it fixed. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and professional. They got my screen fixed super fast and I was happy my phone was working again, for the low low cost of $202. The first thing I noticed was that the screen had a dark purple hue to it. That was odd to me but my phone was fixed right? So I wasn't too upset. Well I noticed other things like my phone would ghost touch and open random apps, call my emergency contacts from my Lock Screen, the 3D Touch wasn't working correctly and was acting weird in general. Regardless it worked still. Fast forward 3 months and my phone slipped out of my hand and fell from 3 feet high on to 2 layers of rubber mats in front of my register at work, flat on its back, the the display on the inside shattered. I took it back yesterday and he gave us $40 off a new repair. This time the screen wasn't purple and the 3D touch works normally. The very bottom of the screen doesn't really work when I'm trying to exit an app, or close my apps. So for another $167 my phone still doesn't work as it should. Maybe it's because they finished it so fast they weren't thorough enough. read more

I took my phone in to look at what I thought was a loose connection in the charger jack. He cleaned out the little receptacle and now it works like a charm. No charge. He could have charged me $56 to replace the jack. Thank goodness there's still honest people in this world. read more

Best Buy was gonna charge me 80$ to get some dirt out of my charging port lol these guys fixed it for me in 10 seconds and didn't even charge me! read more

This is the WORST experience I have ever had!! NEVER take your phone here!! Had my screen replaced and it was the wrong one, after being told it was an hour to drop off and pick up on the phone, then had a three hour wait for the wrong screen, then took it back for the right one, another two hour wait. They bent my phone and wouldn't fix it or refund my money. Both the guys I dealt with were rude. read more

Enjoyed reminiscing with Trey. Service and price were excellent.

my wife's iphone x had a screen that was acting up. would do things on it's own like it was possessed. went in and asked about issue. the young man at the counter took the time to try and verify issue. though the phone wasnt acting up at the time, he and my wife both thought the screen and digitizer were the cause. they replaced it and she's been smiling since. thank you for the awesome customer service. I recommend this place to anyone that has an issue with their phones. read more

SUNDAY EVENING I requested a quote on cracked glass on my iPhone 6s and iPad mini. I sent the request via yelp. 5 MINUTES LATER, I received a text from the owner, (Trey) with a quote! I thought that was awesome. He obviously wanted my business. So, he has it. Fixed my iPhone in about 15 minutes and it looks great. iPad I'll pick up tomorrow. It was really encouraging to know the owner was working hard at his business and that MY business was important to him. Really nice business/building between Trader Joes and Dicks Sporting Goods. Makes it nice he had coffee too. And he fixes the equipment on site. I had a really good experience because Trey made it easy. read more

My phone recently stopped working and went to two different places before being recommended to come here and man!!!! I wish I had come here first ! We came here with almost no hope left and the technician Nils came to the rescue . He explained throughly what was wrong with it and spent an hour and a half AFTER closing just to make sure we left with a working phone. Great place to go to at a great price . Id HIGHLY recommend anyone to make this your first stop to fixing your phone ! Thanks again Nils! read more

Although I am super grateful to have this service as a storefront rather than mailing in my phone. Now I am a bit disappointed. The replacement screen continues to show its low quality. It has scratched just from my own fingers using the phone. The amount of money spent, there should be a higher quality screen. read more

I dropped my phone off the owner went a checked stock on the part. Came back said he had one left come back in an hour and it will be ready. Went back to kids working there said he was the only one there and he did not have my phone . I told him a guy came out of the back and checked it out. He went and check came back out and said he couldn't fix it today as he was holding the part for someone . read more

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I thought my phone was a goner. It was putting a box around anything I touched and wouldn't scroll or open an app. I desperately needed my phone for business so I was very anxious about finding a solution as quickly as possible. I did everything I could think of to try to fix it...hard resets, took the SIM card in and out, plugged it in, tried to find YouTube solutions, but nothing worked. When I took it in to IN AND OUT, he fixed it in about 5 seconds. Three quick clicks on the home button and it was good as new! He didn't charge a thing even though we tried to give him something. I chose this place because of the Yelp reviews. I hope anyone who needs a cell phone repair will make this place their priority. read more

They did such a good job it was fixed before I had time to get a back up phone online! Cheap, friendly, fast. Their store is kinda weird-- oddly empty with a couch and your grandma's rug-- but they fixed my phone, so who cares! Thanks, fellas! read more

I want to share my utter disappointment in your staff at the Redding, CA office. Our daughter was a customer there this past week. She took her phone in to have the screen replaced. During the repair the back was broke. Accidents happen, that is understandable. What isn't is what followed. First, there wasn't a replacement available, leaving her with a broken phone and need to come back several days later. Once she did get to bring it back they broke the back and front. This time they had her phone for three days, leaving her without one. There was never an offer of a loaner phone or a reduced price let alone a full refund. I am incredibly shocked at the lack of customer care. read more
