Although I live in Miami, and frequent the brickell area, I had never stumbled upon this little funky, artsy bar. The decor gives off what to me was a dark with mix of modern Victorian artsy vibes. Definitely photo whether. They have a few art pieces on the walls and light fixtures that make great backgrounds for any selfie. The music was awesome. A little mix of everything, from classics to new. Great spot for a date or just hang out with friends. You can dress up or you can dress casual, either way, you'll fit right in. They also have out door seating available. They have several different bar games, like free standing video game machines and jinga, which always makes for a good time. The drinks were GREAT! Definitely some of the best drinks that I've had in a while in any local bar. They weren't watered down and they were very tasty. The bartender was nice, which was an added bonus. I will definitely visit again. Great spot. read more

I've been coming to red bar on occasion for about 6 years. It's a cool spot to check out when in the Brickell area. Drinks are reasonably priced & the music is usually good. 3 stars because the place is the TINY, gets extremely packed/ hot & there's only 2 bathroom stalls. read more

Went to the bar during happy hour, the atmosphere is always enjoyable, but I have to take my hat off to the bartender that night. she went above and beyond to please the customers with a smile and even wiping up a drink off menu for my wife. It was a good night definitely returning read more

Redbar is a quaint bar tucked away on 10th St. Acelyn & I were wasting time so we were just meandering around Mary Brickell Village when we happened to come across it. We stumbled in early on a Thursday night so it was empty at the time. They use an antique looking decor that gives the feel of a small lodge or a cabin-like ambiance. They carry a great selection of bourbon - perfect for my tastebuds. Their bar has the makings of a legit mixology establishment with fresh rosemary, mint, citrus & whatnot. They were equipped with three small barrels of drinks which I cannot remember at the moment. I thought it was that was interesting. I'm glad to have come across Redbar in our pointless exploring. My return is inevitable to get my bourbon fix on. read more

Cool place. Interesting decorations, you feel like you're in someone's old living room. We came on a Sunday night so it was a bit dead. DJ was great and we were requesting songs all night and appreciated that he took our requests. We definitely enjoyed this place and would come again. read more

I've been there twice for two different bar crawls and both times have been great. It's a small place that feels kinda homey and has a bookshelf with some board games. I had Jasmine Says Yes and it was freaking delicious!!! The music is great too, it's a good place to have some drinks and listen to music without a huge crowd. The second time I went though it was super crowded and you could barely move but that's just because it was for The Office bar crawl and I don't think it normally gets that packed. read more

RedBar is, hands down, the best spot in Brickell. For classic cocktail lovers, this is a no-brainer. If you've ever been inside of the bar, the first thing you'll probably notice upon turning around is the huge halogen letters stating "Your are exactly where you need to be". And that's a perfect motto for this place. The bartenders are great and attentive, especially Alex and Chris. They know their stuff, and are always happy to share that knowledge. Order an Old Fashioned, of any kind, and you won't be sorry. The Cucumber Collins is also fantastic. Although the bar does get very, very busy and you will likely have to wait a few minutes to get a drink, it is also quite the regulars spot; so every one is always friendly and the music is always jamming. read more

I actually went for my birthday celebration & I was extremely disappointed. The guy making the drinks was really rude. When my friends asked him for a cubano viejo he says they didn't have that.. really?! The guy at the door gave my girlfriends attitude. This used to be our favorite spot. Not sure if changed owners or what now. I am afraid I will never go back again. read more

Redbar Brickell is a great bar to go to if you are looking for some fun. Awesome atmosphere with loud music, good drinks and plenty of seating. There's even some space to dance although there are better places for that if you want it. Prices aren't the best for what you get here but all the same compared to other bars in the area. That said, this was probably one of the better bars I visited while in Miami. Overall, if you are looking for a good spot to kickstart your night, Redbar Brickell is a great bar to do it! read more

Gotta say what a nice change! I lived in Camden for a few years and walked into Redbar a total of 1 time. It just wasn't appealing. This bar is now under new ownership and what a pleasant surprise. The drinks are great the décor is awesome and the DJ is on point. And um, Giant Jenga. Need I say more? I went to Halloween party here this year and it was AWESOME. The bar is small and can get crowded but this is true of any happening bar, so buckle down for the good times! Check this place out! read more

I've been working in Brickell for about almost 4 years now. All I can say is that Red Bar is by far one of my favorite places to go an unwind from a stressful day at work. No lie, they make the best Old Fashions in town, they have a great selection of bourbon and other types of liquor. They have amazing house cocktails that will blow your taste buds into oblivion. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Great place to check out! Great drinks, activities (board games and giant Jenga), great service! Love this place! read more

I'll never go back here. I came here once when it was dead and ordered a canned beer, felt like i was imposing by asking for a glass. still i tipped well. next time i came back here i sat at the middle bar with a friend. the music in this place is SO loud you can't even hear yourself talk. a bartender even made eye contact with us and then continued to ignored us. we sat there for almost ten minutes then a group of girls walked in and the bartender immediately approached them. after seeing that we walked out right away. the next time i was here a friend ordered and paid for my drink. it was a mezcal margarita which was decent. we had to sit outside because the music was again so blaring and loud. there's nothing special about this place. drinks are overpriced and if it wasn't for Franky the bartender being super nice i would rate 1 star. he's the only reason i might come back one day. read more

Great bar, but good luck finding seats. A big group came and took over the bar so I was literally a hawk looking for someone that was paying their tab. Once someone got up, we sat down. the bartender Alex introduced himself and made us a cubano viejo and their signature old fashioned. Both drinks were delicious. We ordered two different drinks (I can't remember right now) and they were also delicious. The DJ was a little funky and either played some throwbacks or songs I had never heard of. Cool little spot. read more

Me and my husband came here for quick drinks. We ordered "For the bulls" without jalapeños. It taste like it was literally JUST juice in our cups. No alcohol whatsoever. We downed it really fast and still didn't taste anything. We figured they used cheap tequila or just forgot the alcohol all together. read more

This was the better choice of some of the other bars nearby, one place was crowded with the college crowd and got rowdy after they won the football game. That being said, this place was small, dark, and quiet compared to the other places. read more

My favorite bar in the area. Ambient, lowkey, kinda hidden. They've got standup comedy once a week and the comics are always great. It's probably the only bar on Brickell that has happy hour 7 days a week. They've got just a handful of bar tenders, Frank and JC and Alex, and they're all seasoned, so you see familiar face serving you every time you come in, and it's only a couple visits before they start addressing you by name and knowing your drink. One of very few bars where the bar tenders are serious about their craft. Between like 5 and 9pm you'll see and overhear lotsa first dates, cuz the vibe is relaxed and dark and warm and lends well to conversation, and after that it's lively for a few hours, people dancing and playing board games and whatever, and then (one of the major stamps of approval) in the last couple hours it's all bar tenders from the area, fresh off their shift, coming in for a drink. Amazing bar. Totally unique to the area. read more

I sort of underrated RedBar from the outside, oops. But the inside is really cool and full of characteristics. I love the decor, I love the set up and the music, mostly Rap and chillax music which is loud enough for you to feel pumped up but still will be able to talk to people. I loved how dark it is with almost just candle lights. Bar has a great selections and the bartenders are super nice. read more

A girl was dancing a bit uncontrollably and seductively the entire night. My friend walk by on his way out of the bar and the girl thought he touched her. She proceeded to take a huge swing which left him with a cut 1.5 inches above his eye. The bad manager did nothing. It was a shame to see them take her side as we had a gang of guys all walking behind. It was truly horrible service. On top of that, this bar is sketch with bathrooms that don't lock. I'd personally stay away, girl or guy. read more

Okay - I'm not the demographic for this bar. Went with my son as he wanted to entertain me and take me out. For a specialty drink hot spot quite a few long neck Coronas with lime on that bar and babies it was not sweltering hot. Consider that I'm probably 30 - 40 years older than anyone else there at the bar and you want me to believe I do not stand out - how is it that in 25 minutes not one of two bar tenders asked me for my order? So Monday night - Miami Comedy - not. Actually just vulgar. crass, incomphrensible gibberish. First guy was too smashed to be on the mike and who lets this !@#$heel say stuff like "hope your loved ones die before the holidays" - is this open mike and where's the MC? By the way, someone card the girls please. Probably go back as my son says it was just an off night. read more

90's Hip-Hop with a mix of current hits. Sometimes the music can be a little too loud when there's a DJ, but most of the time it's a great atmosphere where a lot of locals in the area hang out. Many people live in the area and get to know one another well at this spot. They offer craft cocktails with a ton of natural ingredients, the whiskey sour is made with egg whites. When the place is crowded on the weekend it can take a long time for drinks because the cocktails involve multiple ingredients. It takes time to crack the eggs and separate the yolk from the whites. The bartenders are great once they get to know you. They do treat the locals and regulars better than the average patron as they should. It took me awhile to be accepted as a local, but after moving to Miami this is where I made a lot of my new friends. Definitely recommend this place. read more

I was out with my girlfriend and her friend for a night to celebrate the start of her senior year of school. We were having an awesome time dancing and drinking and then the bartender heavily induced a lot of liquor into the drink of my friends girlfriend. 30 minutes later we had to take her home to bed and call an early night. It was truly an unfortunate experience. If you do decide to go there, please be careful of your surroundings. read more

Honestly, this may be the first time in a very long time where I have zero critiques/no complaints (10's across the board)! I hate that I can't remember our servers name but she was so nice and took her time to answer any and all the questions that we had. With the stellar service and delicious food, Giselle has a new customer and I will most definitely be back to visit again when I'm back in Miami.

I loved that you can just go there and stay on their day beds by the pool and just chill. Its usually not too busy and the drinks are good. Definitely my go to when I go back to Miami!

No flavor and DRY! - Branzino- Do not order this if you truly love Branzino. You will be disappointed ! We gave them a chance, but unfortunately the less desirable reviews of the cuisine here that you've probably read are true. I'd recommend this place for a cute drink and maybe an appetizer, but would definitely opt for another restaurant where the quality of the food matches the price point.

Zero greeting, zero eye contact. We waited almost 10 minutes just to get acknowledged while he was chatting with another customers at the other end of the bar. When he finally took our order, he barely listened. I asked for a classic Old Fashioned and he brought me something that tasted like watered-down whiskey with too much bitters and a random orange slice thrown in. My friend's whiskey sour was unbalanced -- definitely not worth the $18 price tag. I politely mentioned to recommend us another drinks options he just shrugged and said "we don't have that" Not offer another choice or an apology. The drinks were mediocre at best, but his attitude made it worse. He ignored us most of the night and acted annoyed every time we ordered. Zero professionalism. The place has a great vibe but with service like this, is not worth to spend almost $200 dollars there for few drinks. I don't remember his name but he was tall, Latin and maybe from Colombia. We just wanted to report his behavior to management but in a Saturday's night you just don't want to ruined more. Next.
