    Have about 5 pairs of custom pairs my left foot is slightly wider than right and when I get them made that makes a huge difference :) my feet are happy I do this. I'm in sales and love wearing my work boots everyday. I over dress shoes the staff will help you if you can cooperate with the questions they have makes a difference when a professional is helping you customize your boot. I pay in the 300s average per pair and worth every penny each time I buy a pair I know I keep for 10+ years and when they are worn out I get them resole it's that easy :) happy client here

    Took my husbands boots for the "complimentary free monthly clean" for the first time and this is how we picked them up. They look worse then when he dropped them off. Pretty upset about this, after all I spent $200+ on these boots. Not to mention when my husband called to ask if they were ready hours after the 24hr mark (mind you, they tell you they will be finished in 24hrs) the women who answered the phone was extremely rude to him, with almost a (smart ass) attitude.

    Great customer service and an excellent boot repair! I've purchased other pairs of work boots here which have lasted me for years. When I found out they also do repairs, I took my husband's favorite (well worn) pair of boots and asked if they could repair it. Sure enough they said they could. It took 2 1/2 weeks, cost $70 to repair the boot cuffs (?) and one of the bottom soles was coming off...all worth it!

    . $300 boots that are very uncomfortable, cut into my ankle, very stiff and hard insole, and give me shin splints.

    Eli was perfect. She got my size perfect and sold me a pair of boots that I needed. I recommend everyone buy a pair of boots from them.

    Beware of the return policies. Never buying shoes here. The staff gives you a big attitude when you want to exchange or return anything.

He asked "are you actually interested in buying shoes or are you just doing this for fun". What in the actual sales pitch is that? That was almost enough for us to walk right out of the store. (FYI we were very interested in buying multiple pairs but not after that comment we only bought one from my sales person). He started talking about the shoe inserts and my wife told him she already had custom ones from her podiatrist. That's when he acted EXTRA annoyed. My fit expert swore I needed to buy a size 9.5 even though I've always had a 10. Then my wife's insisted she also needed a 9.5 and she's always had an 8.5 or 9. They were both disagreeing on how much toe space we needed. One telling my wife she needed more and mine telling me I needed less. So against my better judgment I listened to my fit expert and got the 9.5 After I got home and started wearing the around and with a tiny bit of feet swelling and warmth my toes were jamming at the end of the shoe. I returned my pair and bought them at REI. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Please please please stop letting your fit "experts" greet people with "are you actually going to buy shoes or what"

    Can't give Tilly's a one star review to be fair. This is only the second time I've had a bad…read moreexperience with them, the first not being enough to write a review about in my opinion (we'll just chalk that one up to someone having a bad day at work). This experience on the other hand does upset me enough to write one though. As a "regular" at Tilly's (my kids all like their stuff, I have 3 girls) I always spend a lot more than I'd like, even when I feel some of the things I pay for aren't worth it. You'd think after paying such ridiculous prices for some of their merchandise you'd at least have some kind of peace of mind on merchandise having a half decent exchange policy. Mind you I said exchange policy and not refund policy, I'm not one complaining that I want my money back after not liking something I already used. I simply would like what I paid for, simple as that. I tried reaching out to Tilly's and I did speak to someone (I won't say their name because I'm sure they didn't make the policy) But they did tell me I could not exchange it and that they could do nothing to help me. I don't remember them telling me anything to that effect though when they took the money I paid. It is extremely frustrating that customer service is just not a priority anymore. I can understand that has a lot to due with all the people that take advantage and try to work the system, but when someone is just trying to get what they pay for it shouldn't be such a problem. Extremely frustrated to say the least...
