I called at the end of June to see how the progress was going- I understand work can get backed up so I just wanted to check in. They told me they would be done in ten days and they would call me. By the end of July I didn't hear from them so I called again and was told the shoes were done and ready for pickup. I live in Estes Park so had to drive down to get them and when I did they were not done. The resole was done but not the sewing of the lining. Since it had taken so long and I wasn't getting correct information about the status of the shoes I just took them with me am still looking for someone else to complete the work. The staff was nice but I'm really disappointed in my experience here.

The lady actually took a razor blade to it and destroyed it. A RAZOR BLADE! (See photos) I should have known when I walked into that sty that is was a mistake. The place is filthy, there is crap everywhere and probably the most unprofessional tailoring shop I have ever been in. So now I have to either find a new dress to get married in in 3 weeks or pay a small fortune to get it repaired somehow. Read the other reviews. These folks are a total disaster.

The zipper also did not function properly after picking the item up (it was working fine beforehand). I hadn't noticed until I got home. I ended up taking it elsewhere to get it fixed.

The cost…read morewas quite high ($750 to adjust the length, location of the bra pads, and fix one zipper), but the turnaround time was within 3 weeks so it allowed me to have the dress with plenty of time before the ceremony. The one thing I was disappointed about was the pen markings at the bottom of my dress that were left on the hem (see yellow circles in photo). I didn't notice them until my wedding day and was really bummed to have pen markings on my white dress for photos, especially given the cost. I recommend bringing this up with your seamstress at the consultation appointment in hopes of avoiding a similar experience.
