So it would be $200...sweet...but as they were looking for a new one for me to take home....the one I was looking at was the store model....we realized they were all out of black, Only the brown was available....In the end they agreed to sell me the floor model for $100. Not a bad deal. I was happy and use it every day. It's very handy for travel because I can use it as a purse+ carry on. No need to lug around another suit case.... I actually came twice: once just to see if they could take on the job and the second time I came was when I actually dropped them off. I got the exact same service both times through amazing customer service. They were so friendly, so warm, so helpful and they had me in and out pretty fast. They explained the process and I just could not be happier with the customer service that I received here. Definitely come here for your shoe repairs, especially for Louboutins because they have a direct contract with Christian Louboutin so they're able to use authentic Louboutin parts when repairing shoes.
