When I walked in there were a few patrons ahead of me. It was clear that they were regulars! I had a pair of pumps and a pair of long boots that I wanted the soles redone on . The gentleman told me it would be $30 for each and provide two dates that they could be ready by. I picked the later date because I was not in a rush. I did make the payment up front for the repair. When I returned , pick up was easy. There was one person in front of me, but i was still in and out quickly. I am beyond satisfied with how my shoes look. The owner was very up front with me, stating that the zipper may not be functional, since a section of the zipper teeth was almost missing before work was done. I was just looking to close the pocket, so I could use the suitcase again. Long story short, zipper is fixed & it even slides gently from end to end!
