I came in here because I received a coupon for a BOGO of their philly steak. I had a great experience ordering from their kind associate. The food was ready as quoted in 15 minutes. I'm glad I came here. Also the restroom sign says out of order and the associate let me know it works just fine. Phew

Great food with good price and its Halal, quick service, lot of people buy from here locals

This was the worst chicken Philly ever!! Not very much seasoning, bland!! Don't Do It!!

This was my first visit and I'm Not impressed! The chicken philly was horrible. I upgraded to a combo but I didn't get it. No fries and no soda. We waited almost an hour fit our order.

Good service! Food is always amazing cooked fresh! I wish they had a better way to seat customers. It gets very crowded in there super fast.

    Did management change?

Yes. They've been updating the restaurant, service and slightly more options to eat. It's a great place for a quick bite, to go or dine in. Huge variety to choose from and will always hit the spot!

I've spent a lot of time in Philadelphia and have had many cheesesteaks, so I'm well versed on what…read morea good Philly Cheesesteak should taste like. The quality of the steak and the hoagie roll (has to be fresh and from Philadelphia) being of utmost importance. The first time I had a Charley's cheesesteak (Rosemont Outlet mall location), was due to a recommendation from someone. I'm always hesitant about getting cheesesteaks from random places, because they're just not good. I got the chicken cheesesteak and to my surprise, it was tasty. The chicken was seasoned, bread was good and the fries were crispy. On this particular occasion, I visited the Charley's located on 47th street, in the Lake Park Plaza Shopping Center. This is a strip mall location with other eateries and a laundromat. While there's parking, it can sometimes get crowded, and is always filled with cars. Upon entering, there are a few tables, but the space really isn't setup for dining in . On this occasion I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, fries and a peach lemonade. I do suggest ordering on the mobile app to save time. The mobile app also offers coupons and points earned for purchases made. (A few weeks prior I had a free drink on my account for my birthday. I went in store to order, and had to go back and forth with the counter attendant about if the drink was for a lemonade or a milk shake, as I wanted a milk shake. It was for both, but I wanted a milk shake. All of this would've been avoided if I had ordered online. I hate going back and forth with people, which is why I prefer ordering fast food online- so I don't have to deal with people- but I digress). I had ordered online so didn't have much interaction with the counter attendants, on this occasion. However, my interaction with them was pleasant. The cheesesteaks are pretty good, nice serving size with portions that leave you full. I've also ordered boneless chicken wings in the past, and they, too, were tasty. My favorite cheesesteak on the planet is Max's in North Philadelphia. But when in Chicago, Charley's is my go to for a cheesesteak in the city, for the meantime.

We split the large old School Philly sandwich and a special Kimchi version. I like that they change it up with different flavors. We didn't get any sides or fries with it. The bread is nicely seasoned and toasty, not hard, and the meat and cheese were tasty. We did carryout, they do not have much in the way of dine in. I saw some juices and ice cream, which I will def try when it's warmer out. The staff was professional and friendly. I think there is a tv in there, as it is a 10 or so minute wait for each order. They are in a mini mall so one could wander around, but next time I will order online.

White Castle used to the be draw but since it's opening, more people seem to go here for their burger fix. Entering the parking lot is tricky as there is always traffic for Culver's as well as the nearby grocery store and shops. I was able to snag a decent parking spot without having to circle around. This location as well as others offers a military discount with appropriate identification. The line to order was a bit confusing but I asked those waiting if everyone had been helped. Waited a few minutes and then it was my turn to order. Some guy claimed I jumped him in line and he proceeded to rant while I placed my order. Sir, we not doing back and forth in 2025! The cashier was nice and made sure to repeat my order back to ensure he got it right. When you opt to dine in, they'll give you a number tent while you go search for a clean table away from anyone acting bizarre. This took a few minutes and I had to use my stash of Lysol wipes to clean the table off for my mom and I. You'd think if an employee saw a customer doing this, they'd come over to assist but that was wishful thinking. From ordering to receiving our food, we sat for about 10 minutes. Tried to kill time by preparing our drinks and getting napkins and staging for the food's arrival. In the interim, people watching didn't disappoint. The food was hot when it did arrive so that's a plus. It had been a while since I'd eaten Culver's but it hit the spot. Of note, if you are anti ketchup such as myself and opt for bbq sauce for dipping your fries, there is a $0.50 fee for a cup of bbq sauce. The price point is slightly inflated for the portion size. Cleanliness could have been better, and they seemed to be short-staffed when I dined there. There is a competing line of food delivery drivers who come in and just grab orders while customers are in abundance. Not a terrible visit but if the choice had been mine, it would have been somewhere else. An overall three star review with room for improvement. It was too cold this particular day for a milkshake but I can get behind their milkshakes as it'd give Wendy's a run for their money. Family friendly with options to dine in, take away and has a drive thru. Capable of accepting cash, credit and contactless pay methods. If in the mood, I'd dine here again.

Everyone was super nice and friendly - gives off that old school diner where everyone is family. Just got a basic breakfast meal that consisted of eggs, sausage, and a side of pancakes. Ordered some bacon on the side. Everything was really good and the sausage was deliciously crisp and had that "snap". The pancakes were soft and fluffy. The price is also very reasonable. Also, they have Barack Obama breakfast specials. So cool as it looks like our former President frequently ate here as he has pictures up on their wall with the workers.
