Both professionally dressed drivers were on time, handled luggage without being asked, and offered water. Probably the best two limo drivers we have had. Safe and patient driving, no calls or texts. We did want them for the whole day, which was not a problem at all. The shuttle was very clean and beautiful black leather seats and purple party lights. There was even room in the back for all the décor and garments that needed to go to our wedding venue. Tracy was our driver and she was AWESOME! She helped us load and upload. She was personable and funny. She wasn't stressed that we left the venue a little later than scheduled (Or if she was she didn't show it). Tracy even asked if we would like to stop at sheetz or McDonalds on the way back to our hotel. There was a tight squeeze at the first drop off hotel because someone else was parked like a jerk and Tracy handled it like a BOSS. We even cheered her on! Never enter into a verbal agreement with Unique Limousine Service in Lancaster, PA. They quoted one…read moreprice and charged more than we agreed upon. When we called them on the overcharge the woman claimed i talked to someone else and that person was gone for the day and she could not give me a set price. I told her I had not authorized a charge that large and if she didn't charge me the agreed upon amount to cancel and refund my money. She said fine, but kept my money anyway. I am currently attempting to get my money back through the credit card company, they say it doesn't look good, limo services do this all the time. We were unable to attend the rehearsal dinner because we couldn't afford an amount more than we agreed upon. Beware!!!!! Apparently Limo services get away with this all the time. They don't tell you on the phone that once they've got your credit card number you essentially have given them whatever deposit they choose to pay themselves and unless you have something in writing from them with the agreed upon set amount, you are screwed, because the deposit they neglect to mention they are paying themselves is also non-refundable. They asked me for an email address and i told them i wasn't near a computer so i wouldn't receive it, but she insisted in case they needed to reach me later about anything. So i provided an email address which they apparently sent the cancellation and refund policy to knowing I would not be able to receive an e-mail until the following week. When i requested the service be cancelled because they voided the contract for service by charging an amount i did not agree to, they should have told me then they had no intention on refunding me my money. Instead she said fine when i said cancel and refund my money. If they had told us they would not refund our money, we would have used the service anyway rather than give them our hard earned money. I don't have money to give away, i don't know about any of you. But $244.00 is a lot of money for someone to receive without providing any service. And the service was cancelled hours before the driver would have dispatched, and within 5 minutes of the charge. These people were taking advantage of the fact that we desperately were attempting to get to the rehearsal dinner, and they thought we'd just roll over and pay whatever. Well, we didn't have the extra money to have an open ended charge so we missed the rehearsal dinner and my husband had a prominent role at the dinner. We were they only family of the groom to come from out of town and he was devastated we were unable to attend the rehearsal dinner, and very disappointed with Unique Limo because his friends at the hotel referred them. We've also told the hotel to take them off their referral list.

Such a fun tour! The weather prediction was calling for rain so they kept in touch with multiple…read morecalls to check if our schedule allowed flexibility with the weather changes. Scooters had a chance to practice in the lot before we got on the road. We actually started an hour earlier to try to avoid the worst of the rain. We came prepared for the weather in a convertible! Raincoat. Check. Big umbrella to cover our seats and plastic sheets to shield our legs. Check. Good shoes for mud. Check. We were offered plastic ponchos but they were pretty flimsy. The car interior was definitely not pristine. Coolers were provided with water. We also kept a towel and valuables we wanted to keep dry in there. We picked the yellow smart car which quacked when you hit the horn. The cow car mooed. Every Amish kid pumped their arms for us to hit the horn. We meandered through the quiet countryside. We stopped at a goat farm, leather shop, souvenir store with coffee and delicious fresh pretzels then an ice cream stop. Come prepared and have fun. Sounds like they will no longer offer the scooters in the near future.

We stopped at a leather maker/store, a cheese store, a creamery and a country store with animals that also sold pretzels and soft serve icecream. The entire trip was about 2 hours. The tour guide was very friendly. The cars were pretty dirty and beat up but still cute and fun to drive. It was so interesting to actually meet some of the Mennonite people working in these locations. We did feel obligated to buy something at each location, especially being the only people on the tour, but we found things we actually wanted to purchase without issue. Overally, we would highly recomend. We did the "country roads excursion".

A horse and buggy ride was on the top of our list and we came across this wonderful establishment. The lovely Sadie took us out on a 30 minute drive around the countryside and I couldn't have asked for a lovelier tour guide. She was so excited to tell us everything about the Amish people and the culture and it was truly a wonderful experience. If you're in the area and you are looking for a connection with the Amish community look no further than this establishment. And do yourself a favor and ask for Sadie she's the best!
