We did want them for the whole day, which was not a problem at all. The shuttle was very clean and beautiful black leather seats and purple party lights. There was even room in the back for all the décor and garments that needed to go to our wedding venue. Tracy was our driver and she was AWESOME! She helped us load and upload. She was personable and funny. She wasn't stressed that we left the venue a little later than scheduled (Or if she was she didn't show it). Tracy even asked if we would like to stop at sheetz or McDonalds on the way back to our hotel. There was a tight squeeze at the first drop off hotel because someone else was parked like a jerk and Tracy handled it like a BOSS. We even cheered her on! Never enter into a verbal agreement with Unique Limousine Service in Lancaster, PA. They quoted one…read moreprice and charged more than we agreed upon. When we called them on the overcharge the woman claimed i talked to someone else and that person was gone for the day and she could not give me a set price. I told her I had not authorized a charge that large and if she didn't charge me the agreed upon amount to cancel and refund my money. She said fine, but kept my money anyway. I am currently attempting to get my money back through the credit card company, they say it doesn't look good, limo services do this all the time. We were unable to attend the rehearsal dinner because we couldn't afford an amount more than we agreed upon. Beware!!!!! Apparently Limo services get away with this all the time. They don't tell you on the phone that once they've got your credit card number you essentially have given them whatever deposit they choose to pay themselves and unless you have something in writing from them with the agreed upon set amount, you are screwed, because the deposit they neglect to mention they are paying themselves is also non-refundable. They asked me for an email address and i told them i wasn't near a computer so i wouldn't receive it, but she insisted in case they needed to reach me later about anything. So i provided an email address which they apparently sent the cancellation and refund policy to knowing I would not be able to receive an e-mail until the following week. When i requested the service be cancelled because they voided the contract for service by charging an amount i did not agree to, they should have told me then they had no intention on refunding me my money. Instead she said fine when i said cancel and refund my money. If they had told us they would not refund our money, we would have used the service anyway rather than give them our hard earned money. I don't have money to give away, i don't know about any of you. But $244.00 is a lot of money for someone to receive without providing any service. And the service was cancelled hours before the driver would have dispatched, and within 5 minutes of the charge. These people were taking advantage of the fact that we desperately were attempting to get to the rehearsal dinner, and they thought we'd just roll over and pay whatever. Well, we didn't have the extra money to have an open ended charge so we missed the rehearsal dinner and my husband had a prominent role at the dinner. We were they only family of the groom to come from out of town and he was devastated we were unable to attend the rehearsal dinner, and very disappointed with Unique Limo because his friends at the hotel referred them. We've also told the hotel to take them off their referral list.

A driver from Elite almost killed me due to reckless driving. I am dissatisfied with management's…read moreapproach to the situation and with the recklessness and entitlement of this driver. I entered a marked crosswalk with a green light and pedestrian crossing signal activated, hence I had right of way. Their coach initiated a left turn and would have run me over had I not pushed myself off it and launched myself back from the center lane of a 3-lane street. The driver then waved to me in a dismissive way 2 blocks later. I had flipped him off right before his wave after collecting myself and his explanation, as conveyed by management, was that this was his way of saying "sorry", though it was clearly an "eff you" back in reaction to my gesture (bear in mind i didn't just nearly kill him and in response to my reaction) Management initially seemed concerned about this when I made them aware of the situation. They first escalated it to their insurance company (trying to cover liability, no doubt, in my estimation), but their insurance company said that the footage from the bus's cameras was inconclusive due to glare. Upon that finding, management immediately ceased dialogue with me, noting they've addressed the matter internally (refused to share any color), and that I will not be hearing from them again. This was after chasing them again for over a week from the last interaction. I've not ridden on Elite, but I would advise caution given my experience with a reckless and entitled driver employed by them compounded by management's seemingly lacking commitment to safety and accountability - at least in my view. Though I'd be happy to reengage with management to better appreciate they take this seriously. My offer to speak with them to understand what actions they've taken still stands.
