In the end I was taken care of however I did tangle with them about all of it. On a different note, when looking at my billing they noticed I was overcharged. Not sure who keeps their books but it is not someone who is accurate. If they cash your check and don't record your payment in their system there is NO ONE to talk to about this. The on-site manager only tells you what their system says and will not look at our bank statement or cancelled check with their endorsement! She does not make time to go over things and says she is 2 weeks out AND EVEN then she will not seal in a date & time. Just says she is too busy! Save yourself a headache and rent from ANYWHERE else in town that has accurate accounting of your payments!
