Decided to come back to this establishment for their gyro cheeseburger (it's really good and super filling and my cravings got bad) it seems they have changed up the girls they have working there. For the most part it's still about 2 girls who I always see there who are pleasant and attentive UNLIKE the others who half of the time are ghetto and petty to female customers and I had the very unpleasant experience of dealing with. I know good meat when I eat and got an establishment in the south side of Chicago the meat they use for their gyro and cheeseburgers taste great and are of pretty decent quality. Still iffy on their customer service but I've gone back about two more times and the girls were friendlier...maybe because they remember my name ..hmmm. But anyways I think they deserve a higher rating because their food is great. And when I say food I mean the only thing I mainly order from them ..which is the gyro cheeseburger and time to time their chicken and steak tacos. This establishment is on Grubhub but doesn't adhere to credit card purchases. I ordered chicken wings and lemonade from them two days in a row. The first day the food was delivered via Grubhub but the driver wanted cash. I waited until he argued with the order taker and I received my food. The following day I reordered the same meal via Grubhub and the order was taken and I didn't receive a confirmation or my food but my account was debited $20. I called Grubhub who called the store and they responded that they didn't receive an order. Of course my account reflects that Red Rooster has debited my account.
