On a day that could have been chaotic, they brought a calm, professional presence that helped everything feel effortless. Not only were they super nice and fun to be around, they also went above and beyond in every way. They arrived well before their contracted time and stayed late to make sure they captured every last important moment--big and small. It was clear that they truly cared about getting it all just right. One thing that really stood out was how clearly they understood their creative vision. They were fantastic at subtly directing us and maneuvering around to get the best shots without ever making things feel staged or unnatural. Their eye for composition and storytelling was so apparent in the way they worked throughout the day. While we haven't received the final footage yet, based on their stellar portfolio and what we experienced firsthand, we're already confident it's going to be absolutely amazing. We are beyond happy we chose Small Hour Films--they were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you're considering them, don't hesitate. You'll be in excellent hands.

We hired Isle Media for our wedding, drawn by their attention to detail in response to our original…read moreemail as we vetted vendors and their beautiful portfolio shared with us in a following meeting. The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

I first discovered Trevor and Yuyu through my wedding planner, and I immediately loved their style after browsing their Instagram portfolio. When I later found out that one of my close friends had also used them, that gave me even more confidence. After a short video meeting with Trevor, we knew right away they were the perfect fit--professional, warm, and someone who would help our day feel effortless. On the wedding day, Trevor and Yuyu were incredible. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, guided us with posing, and knew all the best photo spots around the venue. The results were everything we dreamed of and more. Every part of our day was beautifully captured--getting ready, the pre-wedding shoot, our wedding party, ceremony, reception, and even the dancing. They didn't just capture us as a couple, but also the joy and emotions of our family and guests. On top of that, they photographed the little details I had put my heart into: the welcome table, reception setup, cake and topper, decorations, and of course, the breathtaking venue itself. Looking through these photos now lets us relive our magical day over and over again. We couldn't recommend Hand and Heart Photography more highly to any couple looking for not just stunning photos, but a team who will capture the people, moments, and atmosphere that make a wedding truly unforgettable. We're also so excited that our package includes a one-hour photo session, which many couples use as an engagement or pre-wedding shoot. We decided to save it for after the wedding, and I can't wait to create even more memories with Trevor and Yuyu.

They made my family, friends, and most importantly my husband and I, feel so comfortable. It felt like we were shooting with a good friend. When we got our gallery, my jaw was on the floor. I love how they captured EVERY single detail - from getting ready in the morning, my wedding decor, photos with loved ones, sweet moments between my husband and I, all the way to my outfit change at the end of the night. Absolutely nothing was left out and the results are gorgeous!! You can really feel the emotions through them and it transports me right back to my wedding day. These photos will be cherished for years and generations to come and we can't thank Trevor and Yuyu enough for their hard work, kindness, and attention to detail.

Whenever I rewatch my wedding day livestream ceremony & videography I cannot help but LAUGH OUT LOUD & smile remembering the day. My husband and I first heard of Orig Media when we went to a wedding expo. When we came across their booth, what stood out to us about them is the uniqueness of their videography and capturing the wedding day. We hired them soon after we met up with Jeff in person. He is very professional, friendly, chill and definitely is GREAT at his craft. To be honest, Orig Media was probably one of the first vendors we hired! LOL. As time went on, we continued to converse and send updates and the staff were amazing at following up with us in a timely manner. Come our wedding, we were in the middle of a pandemic, and THANKFULLY Orig Media had a livestream option for our wedding day ceremony. It was a GOD SENT because we couldn't have most of our guests attend anymore due to COVID. I am so glad we had that option because it turned out amazing. Funny part was after the ceremony when my husband and I went home to watch the livestream which was still on Youtube, you could hear our side commentary. LOL. We loved it! I'll admit it was also great to be able to have family & friends around the globe watch our ceremony in real time (Philippines, California, Boston, and Canada). When we got our final product of the videography of the day I was absolutely pleased with it. It was exactly what I imagined and more. It will definitely be a wonderful keepsake for our family to come. Do not hesitate to work with Orig Media. They are amazing! Also - besides doing private parties/projects they also do independent film and commercials I believe. I recommend them to everyone!

We read through hundreds of reviews on The Knot, Wedding Wire, and Yelp. Since we live in the San Francisco bay area and the wedding was in Waikiki, it was especially difficult trying to sample food via FaceTime.... So much excitement planning the big day.... and it was over in an instant. And I don't recall if I cried when Kortni walked down the aisle. I don't remember what music was playing as we entered the reception. I don't know what the Lilikoi cheesecake tasted like. I don't remember if I got a dance with my mom. ... and that's where Albiola Photography and Videography came in. Jon captured every precious moment. His team of photographers and videographers answered all of the important questions. Yes, I cried. The entrance song was "Can't Stop the Feeling" from Trolls. No, because I didn't eat the cheesecake (or anything on my plate for that matter). Yes, I danced with mom to Boyz II Men. But let me rewind for just a moment... Jon is extremely responsive. And since there is a 3 hour time difference, it was nice to get a call before 9:00pm PST and not using the scale of "Hawaiian Time", which translates to 2 or 3 days later. LOL. Jon responded within the hour. He was very professional, easygoing, and worked within our budget. It didn't take long for us to sign the contract. Ok, back to the wedding... Kortni and I decided to write each other love letters on the morning of the wedding. My nephew (also my ring bearer) was practicing his reading skills by reading the letter aloud as I wrote. It was kinda embarrassing, because I was being cheesy, but cute to hear him read. As I was putting on the finishing touches to the letter, I looked back and noticed that Jon was capturing every minute on camera. It was a special moment and Jon caught it. Jon has a special knack of being at the right place at the right time and not being in the way. He's like a photo ninja. But when he needed to take charge of a situation, like the chaos between the ceremony and the reception, he was able to take charge and still be nice about it. He was assertive, without being an ass, so i guess that makes him just ertive. Jon & Crystal also took great sunset photos at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Crystal caught several instances of us being our normal cute selves and just said "look up at me, guys". When we received a sneak peek of the photos, we agreed that the "look up at me, guys" pictures were some of our favorites. It was just us being dorks, but dressed a little nicer than usual. We were very surprised at how amazing the sneak peek of our photos looked and how quickly we received them (within a week). Kortni and I are very thankful for Jon, Crystal and the rest of the staff. Our photos and videos are amazing. See below. www.Mesascottohana.wedding https://vimeo.com/252007158 We highly recommend Albiola Photography and Videography to capture the precious moments on your special day.
