Disappointed and dissatisfied is an understatement for the lack of respect for our time or itinerary. I really wish I had booked with another photographer but that is my mistake. I highly recommend anyone to book with someone else who will keep their time commitments. If you do not, have a backup person booked and waiting. Unbelievable. To add to this, she states she reached out four days prior to reschedule. According to the screenshots below, it was TWO days prior. Again, unprofessional and inconsiderate.
