George has handled out pest control for several years. He has always been professional, highly knowledgeable and fair. We originally had a spider problem that other (big) companies never solved. They would kill the spiders in our basement, but never address the source. (I assume that is their business model - I had to keep calling them back.) George took a different approach. He spent much more time diagnosing the problem and used multiple methods to rid us of the pests. After the first visit we had only a tiny fraction of the spiders left. Six months later, he returned and we haven't seen one in the house since. By the way, his fee for each visit was significantly less than our prior providers. Most recently we had an ant problem that coincided with George's planned spring visit. In addition to his normal routine in our 100+ year old three-story house (and at no additional charge), he spent considerable time outside finding the colony and determining a plan.
