Came here with some friends. After stirring over the menu for a while, we all decided to get penne Alfredo with pesto. When our food was brought to us, however, they said "we ran out of penne so we gave you fettuccini". We were disappointed that the employees didn't think to tell us before they made our dishes....if we'd have known, we would have probably ordered something else. read more

Interesting spot off the main drag in Delta. You walk in, order and pay, then someone brings your food to your table. It's a nice clean place, decorated well, and all the staff I encountered were courteous and well groomed. I got the California Club, a neat little sandwich with a lot of flair you'd expect from a snootier location. I'm not normally a fan of skinny fries, but these were delicious as well. I had a side salad as well. All ingredients fresh and tasty. You definitely get a great restaurant for the money here. Delta should be proud of the Red Rabbit. Good job. This was one of the worst experience I've had at this establishment!!!!! I got the chicken strip basket that came with fires and a side salad. First off the chicken strips had hardly any chicken in them... it had so much batter to chicken ratio... the fries were old and cold and were very tasteless. All the lettuce in the salad was wilted and old. I was very disappointed in this experience and I will never return to red rabbit grill. Shame shame. read more

Me and my wife eat here often and their pizza is great! In my experience, there have been times where their other dishes (not pizza) have been hit and miss. There was a time where they had a very good chef coming to oversee their business and coach them and the food and service at this time were unbeatable. My hubby loved the turkey burger. They substituted a salad for the fries. The pizza was truly tasty with some fun herbs on the plain cheese that made the flavor pop. While we were sitting there enjoying, I bet 30 different cars came through to pick up take out pizza and the McDonald's across the street probably only got five. I received a $15 gift card from a friend a while back and decided to use it yesterday. I was informed that they changed their system and could no longer accept my card. My friend paid cash for the card and there was no expiration date, so I insisted they let me use it. I was directed to the manager, and she also refused to let me use the card, claiming she would lose money on the deal. Not sure how that logic works? I was the only one who stood to lose money as far as I could tell. When I tried to explain that, she got angry, threw the card back at me and said she would just give me the pizza. Such a spiteful woman! I was treated like a thief and a liar for trying to use the gift card they sold to us. Unfortunately this isn't the first issue we've had at Red Rabbit Grill with the manager. Needless to say, we will never go back. The other restaurants in Delta have a much friendlier and professional atmosphere. read more

This place is pretty good. I have tried a few different dishes now, and their chicken bacon pizza is what I keep coming back to. I do have a suggestion for improving the customer experience, though. Being a new restaurant, I am hopeful that they will improve. The kitchen staff needs to work on cooking items in the right order so that things are done at the proper times. The dessert was the first thing delivered to our table, and we had one unhappy little girl in our party whose dinner came ten minutes after the rest of us. I would love to see this improve. We will be back, because they are one of the few restaurants in town open late, and they have something on the menu for everyone. read more

My wife & I ordered 2 Philly Cheesesteak Sandwichs to go. It took them 45min's to get our order. Asked the cashier what was taking so long when she returned she stated our order was pushed back to accommodate dine in customers. Mgt needs to understand take out pays the same amount as dine in.Two bites in we had to throw them away, the sandwich had more cream cheese than steak. read more

I cant speak to the food, because i never actually had a chance to eat there. We arrived on a Friday night at 9:04 as i saw some family members in the parking lot and talked for about a half hour before waking in. We got inside and there were 2 employees standing behind the counter, one was helping out a customer who had been waiting over 45 minutes for her dessert and had to leave, the other was leaning agains the counter, chatting and doing everything possible to avoid eye contact with us. The girl helping the woman got done, and walked away, while the boy who was avoiding us continued to avoid us. We grabbed some menus and staring looking through them so we could order quickly when we sat down, and as soon as the clock struck 9:15, the boy finally looked at us and asked if he could help us...10 MINUTES OF STANDING THERE. We told him we'd like to sit down and eat, and he told us that the do not seat customers after 9:15-it now makes sense why he avoided us until exactly 9:15. The girl then walked back up and said she could take an order for take-out, but if they didn't want our business bad enough to seat us at 9:05 when we got there, then they don't deserve it at all. They don't close until 10, we could have easily been done eating in 45 minutes, unless they took that long to bring all of the food as they did with the customer who was leaving when we arrived, So we left and went to the Rancher, along with a couple behind us that was also wanting to eat. Pretty Horrible to watch employees ignore people until the clock hits the magic number of not being able to seat customers anymore. I'm sure there are plenty of people in that town who wouldn't mind actually doing their job, maybe the ones who don't want to do it shouldn't be getting paid not to. read more

I visited with six in my party on a Friday night just after the dinner hour. the young lady at the register was very friendly and accommodating. Ordering was efficient. Service seemed a little disjointed and our meals came at vastly different times, with a few hiccups in what was included in some of our orders. I had the salmon dinner, which came with a side salad, garlic bread, and a side of choice, for which I chose sweet potato fries. The 6 oz. salmon filet was excellent (well seasoned and cooked perfectly), the side salad was fresh mixed greens with grape tomatoes and a really good lemon basil vinaigrette dressing, and the sweet potato fries were crispy, but not overdone. I also had a pumpkin cheesecake muffin that was quite good. The pasta dishes my companions ordered looked very good, and the pizzas I saw served at other tables also looked good. I will definitely eat here the next time I'm in Delta! read more
