Both of which lacked in flavor but were good in tenderness. The house sauce was a runnyish tomato base that was just okay. I had a side of beans and they were undercooked AND lacked flavor. The tea was good but that is the only thing I would consider going back for.

I will also say the hours are until 8 PM but several times they have turned away to go orders starting at 4 PM. I don't understand the difference between offering someone to dine in or to go. If it's a small order, I could just put the food in it to go box myself at the table..... if there's a reason they're not taking to go orders they need to state what it is. About the flavor difference I don't know the potatoes taste different. The burnt ends taste different. The brisket taste different. They have also made several menu changes and changes to how they advertise in the actual brick-and-mortar location. With all these changes over the last six years, it just does not feel or taste like the same restaurant. And I'm turned off by the refusal of to go orders. I would much rather drive down the street to the other barbecue location.

We did peep out the menu before heading in. The Monday lunch special was a loaded baked potato which is right up my husband's alley. I have heard great things about the wings so we knew what we wanted right of the bat. Asher helped us today. He was really sweet. He was patient while we looked over the menu one more time. We got exactly what we found on the menu. A pulled pork loaded potato and large pack of buffalo wings. And of course a side of Mac and cheese. Food was killer good! My husband's pulled pork was tender and flavorful. He used the sweet BBQ sauce and it was fantastic! The potato was baked perfectly so it was super soft and fluffy. It was the perfect lunch for my husband. My wings were charry and spicy. I got ranch and blue cheese which were both a great pairing to the buffalo sauce. I appreciate that they were cooked and then charred for that extra flavor. The food here was fantastic! I love that they have a sink in the area we were eating at so you can conveniently wash your hands. The service we got today was fabulous! Asher is such a hard worker and provided above and beyond service. I look forward to coming back soon for another round of lunch!
