Appointments are not upheld. Any and all walk ins are addressed so you're treated and handled as a walk in. I was told they didn't have rhinestones...when I saw them with my own eyeballs? They do an average job although somehow my gel is peeling as if it weren't gel. Too much of a hassle with just average work for me to continue trying to make this place something it just isn't. Weirdest pedicure I've ever had. Older lady with her breasts hanging out did my pedicure. Not my cup of tea. Started in the pedicure chair. She was very heavy handed with my cuticles. All the chemicals they used burned really bad. Tried to tell her, but her English isn't great. Didn't really work on my heels. She decided she was done having me sit in the pedicure chair and told me to sit at one of the manicure desks. She proceeded to sit on the FLOOR on the other side of the desk! She put my feet on her shins and painted my nails that way. Super weird and uncomfortable. I wanted some tulips on my big toes. She called another girl over to do the nail art and they really just looked like balloons. I don't think I'll go back. read more

This was rough, as in there was bloodshed. Mine. I got a mani/pedi. Started in the pedi chair, and the water was cold which they fixed for me. The tools used were obviously dirty and used for multiple people. The man cut me. They didn't paint my nails in the pedi chair (which remained empty the whole time I was there) but moved me to a mani chair where a woman sat on the floor to paint my toes under the table. I couldn't see her, so she kept slapping my feet to move and getting annoyed with me when I didn't switch them quickly. I felt like I was bumping the machine frequently messing up the paint. I told the person who did the first leg of my pedi what color I wanted, and he said they didn't have it and brought me others that were not similar. I told him I wanted a bright red and gave several options based on their samples, but he said no and that the one he brought me was the closest. The woman who did the paint did get the correct color. It would be one thing if all this resulted in a quick in/out, but I was still there for 2+ hours. The end product looks fine, but it wasn't quick or relaxing if either of those are what you're looking for in your nail experience. read more

*Did not use plastic cover in foot bath * Used same pumice stone and nail file on next guest. *Did not use toe separator. *asked pedicure tech to be careful and gentle with big toenail due to damaged nail and scaring from ingrown nail removal. He proceeded to dig under the free hanging nail. *Massage was lackluster, I am capable of lightly rubbing oil my own legs and slapping the bottoms of my own feet. Pedicure tech had very long nails and when buffing my foot held it up by my toe digging his nail into my skin thankfully it did not break skin. °paint job on toenails was descent though. Pedicure 0 stars out of 5 °I believe my manicurist was Sky at station 1 by the door he was fantastic my acrilic nails are perfect not too this or thin even shape and consistent length. Sky gets 10/5 (the only reason this is getting more than a 1 start review) *Business seems to lack ability to manage scheduling or operate mostly on walkins. There was 1 person running pedicures and 3 people were waiting after I arrived with no one else to help them though they were told to go ahead and sit down. Overall rating is a 2. read more

I went here to get my pedicure done prior to a vacation. An older woman that one of the younger boys called grandma did my pedicure. Pedicure would have been OK except that after she put oil on my toenails she took this hard brush and scraped over my toenails and it felt like it broke the skin on several of my toes and I did not appreciate it. It was extremely painful. I would not ever let that be done to me again. read more

Horrible horrible experience. Unprofessional, My friend and I wanted a pedicure. I put my feet in the water and it was cold. As the employees bustled around to fix the problem. I pulled my feet out of the tub. My friend ( wiser than I) did not sit down. Finally realizing they were not able to fix the water we said we do not want a cold pedicure. The old man doing mine started the pedicure. I kept saying I do not want it and he continued as if he did not understand. . He was rough and burnt my leg twice with the hot towel and did a horrible job of painting my nails. Still as I went to pay for the worst experience I have had with a pedicure, they asked did I want to leave a tip? I said no and then the cashier said something over his shoulder and the lady behind him laughed. I would never go there again. Nor would I recommend them. My first and last visit. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place is awful and should be shut down. I let it slide for a while, but it gets worse every single time and I'm done. they use dirty tools on you, they laugh at you, they point out things about your appearance they will all start talking to each other then laugh, my nails are never even close to what I ask for, the wait is awful, it's a dirty environment. Lynn has a crappy attitude towards everybody except for her regulars and will make you wait even if you were there first if it's somebody she likes more and sky is always in the back in his phone or jacking around. The older lady is a b**** and will literally stare at you in disgust the whole time she's doing your nails and will huff and puff the whole time. read more

Went in for a gel manicure and was rushed through. Told she would do my gel polish, then the mani. She told me to go wash my hands. I came back and a new customer was sitting in my chair! She was standing at the counter waiting for me to pay. Wtf?! No mani for me I guess, just polish. She didn't remove all my previous polish and just assumed I wanted French white tips. Do not waste your time, your money or your nails here. This place is awful!! I gave them a second chance because let's be honest, there aren't many options in Bedford. The guy who attempted to do my manicure didn't wait until my cuticles were softened before beginning work. That part was painful and just awful. Then I was shuffled off for my pedicure. They said someone would come to me to do my nails. So I'm sitting in the pedicure chair now and the woman who was doing my pedicure was nice enough but just as she was starting my pedicure, another older woman came over to paint my nails. She was about to just start painting my nails the dark color I had chosen without a base coat. So I asked for them to put on a base coat and she immediately started huffing, puffing & I assume complaining about me, in her language. I shouldn't have to remind you to do your job properly. As this is going on, the girl has started to paint my toes. Again - without a base coat. Needless to say I was not pleased. I shouldn't have to teach nail technicians how to paint nails. I had nail polish all over the skin around my nails. Just pathetic. My nail polish started chipping after 2 days. Save your money. This place is a joke. read more
