I called to see if they had any open appointments and was able to come in only an hour after I called. The studio is still very covid safe so you have to wear a mask while you're there and they ask you to wash your hands before coming in - very sanitary! I was greeted in the parking lot by my stylist who explained the whole process step by step. She asked me about my hair care routine/products so she could best advise me on how to get my hair the way I want it on a daily basis. All of the information and product suggestions were comforting to hear because she really knew what she was talking about and it didn't seem like she was just trying to sell me a product. (My stylist was Courtney, but all of the stylists were super friendly and sweet) I got a quick hair consult, shampoo/wash, scalp massage, diffusion, cut and style for only $33 which is insanely good pricing for any salon I've been to! The aesthetic of the studio itself is very calming and the staff are great as well. I will now recommend this studio to all of my friends who are searching for an affordable hair place they can trust to get everything right.

Very bad timing for me and unprofessional of her. Maybe this is how she does business. Now that I read sue o had a similar experience, I am disappointed because we all look forward to getting our hair done for special occasions. I'd be cautious to make an appointment with her again. And maybe others have had a similar experience with her??
