i love sol spa. surprised to see so many negative reviews. yes, you get charged on the 16th or 17th…read moreevery month if you don't cancel. i suspend my account once or twice a year and pay $5/month to keep it going. then i just come back and turn it on when i'm ready to come back. you can't cancel mid-billing cycle and get a prorated discount, but you can tell them on the 10th that you want to suspend your account and they'll switch it to standby on the 16th. i've been going for years. the beds are GREAT. the Turbo and the KBL beds are amazing. 10-12 mins, super cool, one KBL even mists you every 3 minutes, and it's like less than $70/mo to be able to go tan every single day in those beds. the cheaper beds are hot and you have to lie in them longer. the standup bed will roast the hell out of you in 10 mins. gotta have a good base tan for that one. there's also a red light therapy bed you can use as part of your package. all the employees have been super nice to me and often learn my name after a couple weeks of my going daily. then i put my thing on hold for the winter. gotta make sure you call and cancel on time, tho, because once that charge hits, you're signed up for another month!

But you have your head down, so I thought maybe you were finishing something on the computer. It was so odd. She seems to think she's too good to be working there. Too good to help customers. When I explained this the employee (seemed to be manager)behind the counter explained back to me what I just said and tried to move on like it was our problem. Had no care at all, no care that we spent our money and lost it because they didn't explain it properly. It is sad to see this attitude. It was simply not her problem but ours. Then moved on to try to charge us for that days session. You have just lost a customer forever and I will be glad to share how unkind and non caring this place is with friends. Poorest treatment I have ever had at this place will not return.

The level of accessibility is so unmatched, I feel so appreciative and safe that whenever I have any questions or need clarification about products, routine, or general skin concerns she is always so kind and goes out of her way to help answer questions. She never tries to blindly sell any service, instead she takes the time to hear your concerns and goals, look at your skin, and then suggest treatment plans that will do the most and actually get you where you want to be. That level of care, concern, and trust is top tier, and hard to find (I feel like most places just say "yep do this expensive service" and then it doesn't help because it's not actually what you needed. They are different here, they actually only suggest what you actually need, no upselling). My skin is light years different than when I first walked in, I'm so thankful.
