I used to love this salon. I'm sad this was such a bad experience…read more.. I came in for a pedicure and acrylic set. The girl who did my pedicure didn't talk much and it was honestly not a good vibe. When she asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, I said, "mmmm yeah sure. Just trim my big toes, the other toes are fine." (I had already trimmed and shaped them to my liking prior to coming, but I thought the big toes could still go a little shorter). She proceeded to cut all my toenails and cut my big toes down to nubs. I like a little bit of length in my toenails, nothing crazy, but nubs? Bruh. It was too late when I acknowledged it. I honestly was holding back and trying to let her cook, but it wasn't giving what I asked for... I told her she completely ignored me and what I just said lol and they offered to have me pay for the basic pedicure instead of the gel pedicure, which is something I guess. Honestly, the whole pedicure was NOT a relaxing experience. The water was super hot and when she rubbed the scrub soap on my legs, it was scratchy and painful. Then they do that thing where they beat the crap out of your legs. I'm anemic. 100% chance I'm bruising. As for the acrylic set, I am disappointed in how many of these places DON'T PRIORITIZE NAIL HEALTH! In the big 2026?? My nails are already thin. The man who did my nails used the nail drill to "buff the surface" which thinned them even more. The acrylic burned like hellll (which happens when your nails are too thin, the acrylic is too thick, or both.) Also, just look at the pictures of how the back of my nails looked when I left... you guys... be so forreal (P.S. I'm not including a pic of my pedicure ya freaks)

Not only was everything about it messy and bad looking but I asked for a particular color and he chose a completely different color and painted it on. I did not pick the blue, I kept thinking "oh the next layer will be silver" because it was a silver cat eye with a slightly blue under layer. But the silver never happened. By the end I was so over it I just wanted to pay and leave. Don't go here.

My experience at this salon has to be the worst I've ever had in the last 40 years…read more If I could give Heather a -10 rating I would. I went in for high lites and low lites, blond and brunette and to get rid of all the gray hair. The first time she rinsed my hair out there was a huge patch of bright yellow just under my ear and i also asked why my part was still gray. She said she could 'tone down' the yellow spot and she didn't see any other gray left. So after she toned down the yellow spot she started combing out my hair using a narrow tooth comb. After pulling out a bunch of strands I asked if she could use a wide tooth comb, basically so I wouldn't go bald sitting there. As my hair started to dry you could see more and more gray that she didn't cover up. My part on top of my head and as I lifted up sections of my hair it was still gray underneath. I was getting ready to just leave since she thought it looked great even though I specifically told her a couple times how I needed the gray covered. The manager/owner came over and asked if there was a problem and I explained, she said she would work with Heather to fix it. Four hours and $150 later I walked out with red hair...it's brittle and now in such poor condition that it's going to take a long time to get it back. Never again.

They only take appointments post Covid and it is just them two now; so no waits and no loud, over stimulating crowds to yell over to communicate with your stylist. They are also the cleanest place I've ever been to. They are expensive, but the best.
