The service is awful! The kitchen couldn't bake biscuits. Our order got brought out incorrectly twice! The kitchen is horribly slow. Will never come back. Waited two years to try it again and it is still awful. Cannot believe it is still in business. If you are looking for high priced mediocre food with a side of horrible service then this is the place! I figured we were in trouble when we got out of our vehicle and walked up to the door to find 4 employees standing in front of the door pounding vapes like their life depended on it. The food was the typical good quality I enjoy at Red Lobster. The atmosphere was quiet and for a Friday night it was pretty empty. This could be due to the service - too slow, especially because it was so empty. Fifteen minutes from water delivery to check back to place order. Twenty minutes to get a cocktail. We were there for over 1.5 hours for a table of three. This Red Lobster used to be super busy and need reservations - the last two times we have gone on Friday nights it has been very quiet. Food was dried out. Waited 35 minutes for it to come out & it looked as if it had been under a heat lamp. Husbands steak was ordered medium but was served very rare. He asked to cook it longer & waitress got rude & mumbled "guess you'll be waiting longer" husband heard her & he advised her to bring the check because we were not dealing with her bad day. Manger refused to take his steak off the check, so we paid $78 for a couple bites of dried fish & biscuits that were way under cook. Order online curbside pickup for over $100 at 750 pm. Text confirmed food was ready at 820pm. Got there at 817 pulled unti the spot fir curbside. At 8:35pm I had to call the store and tell them I had been waiting for 15 minutes and the girl said I had to come in. What?? I ordered curbside! She told me she would bag it up and bring it out. 10 more minutes go by and nothing, so I go in. The manager tells me she is bagging it. I asked her if it would be cold, and she assured me no, they are short-handed. Ok, the girl brings it to me and says, " I hope it's all right and there because she had never done this before." Guess what? Get home, and it's all cold. Pizza is burnt and hard as hockey pucks and forgot a bake potato. Crab legs and salmon are not good cold. Fried green beans COLD! I've been taking my kids to eat here on their birthdays for years. This place has slowly went down hill and prices have really gone up. Ate there yesterday food was awful. Order stuffed mushrooms that was supposed to have crab in it. Nope just stuffing on mushrooms. Seriously $16 for one cluster of crablegs. Had I of known the price I would not have ordered it. Sad to say won't be going back due to prices for food that is nowhere near what it used to be. Our server however was fantastic! She made sure we were taken care of. Typical Red Lobster, farmed seafoods, and a total lack of flavor. Biggest difference with this store was the brown lettuce in my salad. The small pieces of food on my table when I was seated. I even used my own napkin in front of my waitress to clean my own table. I'm not sure why I keep trying this food chain, they simply lack flavor in their seafood. I have to question the health risks with farmed seafoods. Either way it just has no taste. So between the lack of flavor, the dirty table, and the brown lettuce this stores earns only two stars. And I gave them credit for decent service as my waitress should have looked at my table and my salad before ever introducing it to me. read more

Stopped by for lunch after a business meeting and they have a good lunch menu. I had the shrimp tacos on the lunch special which came with a side of rice. It was a perfect serving for lunch. My husband had the 5 grilled shrimp and a sirloin steak that was the size of a grands biscuit, cooked correctly but not work $18.99. I had the shrimp your way, well it's not your way I requested all fried & got a mixture. I ordered their new roasted green beans, they are tough, flavorless & still have stems on them like they were just picked from the garden. The entire meal was $57- never again. Ordered Pick up for lunch, had to wait over 10 minutes, went to scan my receipt for reward points and it said that the code was already scanned, that tells me the employees are scanning customers receipts for the points. As I come back here I realize my memory must be fading away. Friday evening got right in....no wait at all. It was soon revealed to me why hardly anyone was there. I'm going to lead off that our waitress was wonderful. The food was not. I've always felt this place was at least consistent with its food quality. Apparently the characteristic has faded just like my memory. The "seafood" mushrooms tasted like saw dust. Years ago before they went to "seafood" these were wonderful. I guess they switched up the recipe again. My son who loves these had one and advised the rest were all mine. Like that ever happens. The lobster was over cooked so much that it was almost impossible to get it off of the shell. Two of us had crab legs and they must not steam them or boil them. They were dry and brittle like they were broiled for way too long. The meat was fused to the brittle shell like with a blow torch. Do they bake them here? I've cooked them at home on the grill and had them turn out good. The flounder was not edible either just bland and dry. Instead of dropping 150ish here I should have went and got a filet o fish from the McDonalds. Im tagging this place and marking it as "inedible" so anytime my memory fades again and I find myself pulling in to this place my phone will remind me. I was planning on ordering a large to go order. When I left, the seating staff didn't say a word to me nor did they offer any assistance. Disappointing. We came in and waited about 30 minutes to be seated. You can expect that on a Saturday, right? However, it wasn't because they were busy. There were plenty of booths available, but no one would seat us. They told us they didn't have enough servers. But it was a Saturday night and that's probably one of the reasons why people don't come. The manager came out and did apologize for the wait, but there was no reason for it. When I went to the loo, I found them disgusting. I reported it to the hospitality desk. However, since they were not busy you would think the manager would have that covered. Usually we love Red Lobster and we were looking forward to it. Maybe it was just a fluke, but I don't think so since I read the other reports about this particular restaurant. We don't get a chance to eat here to often because it is over an hour away from home. We do try to visit for the all you can eat shrimp. So you're looking for a place to eat, you've tried many things and it's time for seafood, but where do you go? Well where do I go for seafood, Red Lobster. They have great food and good employees, they Always have something new to try like Lobster, Popcorn Shrimp, Regular Shrimp, Clams, Sea Scallops, and a lot of variations of the latter, that's the menu in a nutshell except for the drinks, appetizers, and desserts. It has a nice location, it's located on a highway with some traffic but it's usually not that heavy. There are some nice hotels around and some places to shop so if you're traveling you have to stop by for everything there. Now yes sometimes a wait for a table or to get food can take awhile, but the employees are nice and you get these amazing biscuits before hand that are the 1 reason some people even go there at all. While it does usually take some time to get your food, it has a nice atmosphere, some instrumental music, and smells great. There lobsters are fresh, the lobsters they cook are out on display in the lobby in a fish tank, so you can tell they are fresh. They also have great seasoning and any problems you have can be resolved by the employees, note any means "any". I always go there for special occasions such as a birthday or award for something because they offer the best seafood in town, and have a nice environment for kids to see and wonder, for adults to have business talk, and all the way to the elderly being able to sit, relax, or gossip. Personally I like their popcorn shrimp the best, they are crispy and bite size. I get a baked potato as my side and I usually get mozzarella cheese sticks as a appetizer to go with the biscuits. In all, they have amazing seafood, great employees, a nice location, and a good environment for pretty much any occasion. read more

Stopped by this location since I was in town visiting. I've been to this location many times. It isn't one of the better RL chains I've been to but have never had a terrible experience. Today was different. The food took over an hour to come out. I had a party of 4. One of the entree had a hair stuck on the salmon. Manager came out and asked what we wanted to do with the entree. In my opinion, the sensible thing to do would be to replace the entree and not charge for it. Now I am not looking for a free meal but for a fine dining establishment like RL or so they claim, this entree should be immediately removed from the ticket. It was not, I had to ask the manager why it wasn't removed to which she replied, she claimed she was about to do it. That excuse didn't make sense because the receipt showed it was deleted but then added back on. It appeared as though she was hoping we wouldn't bring it up and just pay for it. read more
