This is an average red lobster location. I've never had terrible service here, but compared to the others in the area, those location doesn't stand out. The cheddar bay biscuits and the Boston teas are why we keep coming back. read more

Eric is a fantastic server attentive but not annoying. Had the lobster tail duo. And crab legs. Red lobster is doing a lot better with their flavor and cooking . No soggy crab legs. All together I really like coming to this Red Lobster. read more

Welp Yelp, NEVER thought I'd be giving a Red Lobster a 5 star rating. Lol. Went on a Wednesday because of their steak and lobster special for $20. The food gods were in perfect alignment on this day! Yes it's true. The waitress was perfect in her execution of events. Timing of appetizers, salad, dinner and drinks appeared with perfect timing. Salad was good for the cost. The lobster was a little small but tasty. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. The flavor and texture of the steak was amazingly very good. Almost forgot, the baked potato was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Mmmmmm Everything put together for $20 plus the drink I felt was very reasonable. I will be back for sure. I would highly recommend. Service was the only good part last night. The food was poor to put it nicely. I had the crab stuffed mushrooms I tasted slight taste of carb in the first mushroom but the other had no taste of crab at all. My son had the Admiral platter and it was bad. They cut out most of what they use to serve with it. They only thing that was larger was the prices and if the food was good we would gladly paid it the food was good. Fine for seafood as far as chain restaurants go. Decor is bland and atmosphere okay. Service was friendly and fast. We were there early so they unfortunately didn't get their shipment of fresh fish yet and all they had was tilapia and cod. Fortunately, I like tilapia. This is where my mother chose to go for her birthday lunch. We arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday it was not busy at all but we waited a long time to get our order taken and get our food which was just OK. The real kicker though for me, was how disgusting the women's restrooms were. The toilets, floors, sinks... all gross. It was before the lunch rush so there is no excuse for them to be in such poor shape. My parents tried not to be bothered by the long wait and didn't use the restrooms, so I'm thankful they still had a decent time. But if my mom ever suggests to go here again I will definitely dissuade her. read more

Cant believe I am the first to review this place. Recently remodeled. Our table was next to the kitchen. And apparently next to the dish washer who must have been in a rotten mood. I thought they were gonna come crashing through the wall any second. Any way. The admiral's feast has been my favorite for years. This place has killed that for me. Been here a couple times and it's 50/50 whether it's good or bad. Once I ordered the callimari and it must of been the end of the bag lots of fried dough balls and not much callimari, was refunded for it after complaining. Other times I ordered the endless shrimp and it was all very good especially the alfredo and the terriaki on skewers. The mussels in wine sauce was also very good as with the stuffed flounder. The decor is commercialized restrooms were ok other than the uhrine puddle a foot from the uhrinal I never can understand this seems to be at every restroom! Service has always been very good always keep your glass full, table cleared. Price wise hey it's red lobster a little on the high side but well worth it for a good seafood fix. read more

This is my Monday spot. I love the shrimp promo. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Gryphon. I was seated in my favorite part of the restaurant and had my server (Alicia) take my drink order and appetizer order. Alicia is a great server with a pleasant demeanor. My food was served hot and tasted great. Great value great food and great service. I definitely recommend this restaurant and ask for Alicia for great service. read more

Dreadful. Highly overpriced for food that tastes like something that one purchased at Costco, if Costco had a bargain basement. The drinks are watery, the food badly cooked, the portions skimpy. Everything on my plate was wildly oversalted. My partner's lobster special was stuffed with something that tasted and looked like library paste. The salmon was overcooked, the lemon butter sauce just tasted like salt and more salt. Our server was pleasant and attentive, but the rest of the staff seemed like they'd rather be texting their boyfriends. There are lots of locally owned restaurants in the area and all of them are a better choice. At half the price. read more

Not again. Costumer service- no effort put into making the customer happy. They changed the way they make their Alfredo so now I tastes completely different, and not in a good way. Food- the seafood was over cooked being the shrimp. And the Alfredo was said above. Management- during our visit we had management come to discuss what our problem was with the food/service. The portion of a full crab alfredo was a half and would not let it go about how the sauce with it changed. So we left completely unsatisfied and will not be returning to this location. My bestie and I have been coming in pretty often for the endless shrimp promotion. Food has been consistently good, hot and fresh. We enjoy the environment and pricing is pretty good. Do not waste time with this establishment which puts no value on customer service. If you happen to have more people in your party than one of the front "welcome" desk people likes, you can fully expect to be told - with an attitude mind you - that you are being taken off the list to get a table!!!! Yes, with a but if a raised voice too. that actually happened to us last night. My husband grew up here and his family still lives here. You can say we've been regulars there. And to be spoken the way this one "hostess" - and I use the term very loosely- spoke to my husband yesterday is not only poor customer service, it's just not how humans should relate to each other. Before we left, I spoke to the manager who was horrified and when I told him what had happened. Not surprising, the same "hostess" started to mouth off to him. He quickly turned off that flood of words with aromas of anger and attitude. He did offer us a gift card and to rectify the situation. The truth is, we are not going back ever. Or at least until that woman is no longer employed there. She will cost that restaurant a lot of customers and most people are locals. Which means she will cost the place a steady stream of income. We will tell everybody about this and will boycott this red lobster until she is gone.. read more

love red lobster! always have nice and friendly service. my only complaint is on the lobster biscue. it used to have chunks of lobster in it...i used to order it alot to go...but after the third time with practically no lobster in it what so ever..might as well just call it biscue...but overall always still one of my favorite places to eat read more

This place was terrible... My boyfriend and I received a gift card for Christmas and decided to go tonight and we were thoroughly disappointed... for a 30 mean and him to leave hungry still was ridiculous. (He's a 140 lbs...) His shrimp he ordered were overcooked on the skewer and very difficult to eat, and the server seemed less than thrilled to be there. All in all I most likely won't be returning, nor recommending this place anytime soon. read more
