Shout out to Robert Y.; I have a couple of thoughts for you: (1) Apply for a credit card or bank check card (they probably accept the latter as well). (2) The price per ounce is so variable that someone could over pour an expensive beer and then claim they don't have enough cash; the business would likely be unable to collect payment. (3) A few/some/most/a lot/everyone I know over age 21 has some form of card offering electronic payment. So, I don't think they are losing many clients acting within their current business model.
