Every thing was great, the meals were fabulous and the service we received couldn't have been better.

There are 10 of us that go out to eat on Saturday nights. Bridgeworks is one of our favorites. The food is delicious. We all like different things and there is a nice variety to choose from. The staff is very friendly and always very good at handling our large group. The prices are reasonable. read more

Wasn't really expecting much based on previous Yelpers reviews. The waitress we had was very personable and did a great job. Visited on a Friday night just a few weeks ago. Was busy - but not busy enough for the terrible service we received. Giving two stars because our waitress was very apologetic about our experience. Did not have to wait to sit down but from then on it wasn't great. Our server barely checked on us, and I only got a drink refill because I set my empty bottle on the edge of the table to hopefully draw some attention. Ordered cheese fries for an appetizer... they didn't arrive at our table until after our entrees did.... I cannot complain too much about the actual food... by the time we actually got it. We sat down and ordered around 6:30, and didn't get our meals until 7:45. For how busy the place was, this amount of time didn't make since. It was decently busy, but not that overwhelming. At least our food was hot. I would not recommend dining in here. Not sure what the problem was about the timing of the food, but if you decide to eat here, just get your food to -go... and order in advance if you're considering it. read more

A group of my friends and I came here to eat. As a waitress brought us extra fries from a mess up, another waitress came and took the fries out of our hands. She then proceeded to take them to a different table. Very unsanitary. I do not suggest this place. read more

I visit was called to Greenville Pa. For a family funeral. I stayed next to Bridge Works. I was a little hesitant, but I went in. Let me tell you the food was excellent. The staff had the most professional, and friendly attitude I have seen in a long time. First I met Shelby, she was so friendly and made me feel at home. I went back the next day for lunch. Met Mandy another friendly staff member. Went in after officiating a funeral of a 17 year old child who passed. I met Healther the manager. What a nice person. She was very friendly, and so professional. The food was outstanding. read more

Stopped in for dinner, was told to sit any where we wanted and she would let the waitress know we were there. After two people walked past us six times and waited on a table that came in after us, we left. Horrible first and only experience here. Plus they wear their masks down on their chins...? I give this restaurant one star only because we had a good waitress. We had a large party at different tables due to COVID and she had to work all 3 tables. There was supposed to be 2 waitresses but one got hurt and had to leave. The food was horrible. We had eaten at this restaurant years prior and the food was bad then also. I opted for a chicken salad because I didn't think that could get messed up. The chicken was dry and had no flavor. My son didn't eat his meal. He said it had no flavor. Everyone at our table had cold fries. My husbands wings were cold. The spinach dip was cold. Pretty sure a couple people in our party got food poisoning. We didn't complain because it was a going away party and we didn't want anyone to feel bad that we didn't like our food. I hated having to even pay for it. My husband and I are from Pittsburgh, PA. We called earlier to ask if the Pirates/Astros game would be on TV since it is advertized as a sports bar. My husband was told it would be on. After we ate we asked if we could move to watch the game which was not on any of the TVs. We were told yes and the waitress would ask for the game to be put on. The only game on all TVs was the Indians/Royals. Come on! We are in Western PA and only an hour and a half away from Pittsburgh and there was no TV with the Pirates game. We waited for 10-15 minutes and told the waitress we were leaving. She asked the bartender about the Pirates game and she said she didn't know what channel it easy on!! Duh!!! By the way I didn't get the baked sweet potato I ordered and my husband's baked potato wasn't done and cold! I would never recommend this place to anyone. We wasted $38.00!!!! read more

I first ate here several years ago when it it first opened and had less than a pleasant dining experience. However since I figured that they were still working things out, I decided not to post a negative review. However it's taken this long to come back and give them another try. The atmosphere seemed more bar than restaurant and we were the only diners in the restaurant section at 7 p.m. on a Friday, but the menu had some interesting options. My dining companion selected the beer battered cod and I chose the BBQ ribs special. When the entrées arrived, we were both taken aback that each was lukewarm. My side dish was incorrect, so the waitress had left to put in the correct order by the time we realized our entrees were not warm. When she returned 10 or so minutes later with the side dish, we mentioned that the dishes were lukewarm and she merely stated that she'd brought them to the table as soon as the kitchen put up the order; the side dish was the only food hot when it arrived at our table. I will say that the ribs tasted fine, and the barbecue sauce was pleasant, and I ate them regardless of the temperature. The beer battered cod received a less favorable reaction. we'd hoped this would be an option to consider when dining out, but I doubt we will ever come back. read more

Unfortunately this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. Everything was wrong from the start... 3 of our 4 dinners were incorrect and our salads and bread never showed. We had to ask for silverware to eat our dinner and only 3 out of 4 of us received silverware after we asked for it... The service was appalling.....Actually the food was pretty good once we received it but 75% of it was incorrect.The chicken salad came out in three separate dishes in three separate time periods?? The menu also is incorrect in it's description of the glazed salmon. There is no glaze... the mashed potatoes were substituted for baked without inquiry.....There is absolutely no way to describe this dining misadventure . To top it off the bills were incorrect and we sent them back only to have them incorrect the second time.....This place is a fiasco. read more
