An entire tray loaded with salsa and sour cream and jalapeños and banana peppers and olives! The tomato soup was thick and flavorful!. The BLT was made on Texas toast with lots of smoky bacon too! Plenty of self serve water. While we had a drive ahead we didn't sample the beers but they had a nice tap set up! Plenty of seating indoors and out. A nice place to dine while at Conneaut. Yes I would return! Oh yes...be sure to visit the restroom tribute to SEINFELD, Jason Alexander!

Time Out Tavern is a solid hangout spot in Meadville. It really shines on Sundays during the NFL…read moreSeason, as the bar holds many, many TV's and NFL Sunday Ticket. Pick your favorite team, saddle up in a private booth, and enjoy the show. Time Out Tavern is connected to Julian's, which is one of the better dining experiences in the area. You can't go wrong with the 1/2 lb. burgers, which are offered in many different varieties. (Ranging from traditional, to Caribbean, to slathered in peanut butter.) Expect standard bar fare that is prepared well, especially fries and wings. Drink choices are fairly robust, especially for the beers on tab. They tend to be an eclectic mix with a fallback to Bud Light/Miller Lite/ Coors Lite. Mixed drinks tend to be on the strong side, or, if you're a blatant optimist like me, "better value". The atmosphere is strange, and weighs heavily on the other patrons currently in the bar. The bar is smaller, leading to a more intimate atmosphere with your fellow bar-goers. (meaning conversations tend to overlap, and everyone is in everyone else's business.) Fortunately, if things get too strange, you can just go next door to Julian's for some (relative) peace and quiet. Of course, if all else fails, Time Out Tavern is home to the famous touchscreen game, Erotic Photo Hunt. You could always just sit in the corner and creep out all those people who are trying to dance/ enjoy dinner / root for their favorite NFL team.

This sports bar is as average as they come. Nothing is wrong with it, but at the same time there is…read morenothing that makes it stand out. The bar area is pretty small, there are sofas near the front and some booth seating along the wall. In the back there is a small dance floor. Plenty of TV's to watch games and since it is owned by Julian's next door you can order their food at the bar. Very clean, and a decent spot in Meadville to watch a game. Just lacks in what I call bar "character"

Let me just say - I am an AVID animal lover. However, I have never in my whole entire life smelled…read morea business let alone one that serves drinks and food - that smells like this establishment. It smells from TOP to BOTTOM like straight cat urine. It saturates your skin and clothing... it is legitimately unlike anything I have ever smelled before and I have volunteered at animal shelters. At one time in my life, I had six cats in my home and I have NEVER smelled such a foul stench and odor like this. There is literally a cat visibly walking around this bar (bless its soul) through the dining area and kitchen. There was actually cat vomit on the floor in the bar area. I am still in disbelief that there is a place that is open to the public like this. I will be contacting the health department of Pennsylvania tomorrow. As soon as I came home I showered, and I still feel like I smell of straight cat urine. This is absolutely disgusting and so unsanitary. I am still sick to my stomach.
