Had an amazing experience being served by Sharon!! She's so nice and got our orders and drinks very quickly! She kept up on refills, checked up on us frequently, and she was happy to answer any questions we had. The vibe was awesome and we'll definitely be back! read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - This is a strawberry margarita shaker, it comes with multiple pours and tastes amazing! - American Near Me - Meadville, Pennsylvania

Food was decent but nothing like in the pictures. Looks like someone just tossed stuff on the plate. The server was amazing but the hostess was an evil rude older lady. We asked for a both, plenty of them available she said you will get what I give you. read more

My friend and I went out to dinner this evening at this restaurant. Very disappointing. There was a hair in both, my food, and my friends food. When I spoke to our server about it, she refused to give a refund. Our server told us she would go get the manager to talk about the issue, but the manager never came. Absolute terrible service. $21 wasted. read more

Went there today, got seated with menus and no waitress ever came...no drinks, no food order...never again. Your lousy customer "don't bother me attitude ". No wonder your company isn't successful. Reap what you sow. read more

Service is awesome and food quality superior to other Applebees. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and professional! Kept my glass full! read more

Food was incredible! I enjoyed the chicken wings and the French fries. However, my son Kevin g (who has Down syndrome) had shat all over the table . In return, the staff did not want to clean the mess which did upset my son kevin g who had to eat from the shat filled plate. read more

I wouldn't say I like this place, it's an epic fail. The staff will completely ignore you as soon as they deliver your order; they are not friendly and have bad attitudes. The bar is ice cold in its presentation; the bartenders have an exceptional sense of entitlement despite never engaging in conversation and typically hanging at the end of the bar near the kitchen entrance; the one furthest from the customers! I had to flag down the BT whenever I wanted my drink refilled. The food is passable but lacks variety. This is not a social type sports bar; you'd have better conversations at a morgue. Give Applebee's a hard pass; you'll be thankful you did. read more

Cooked well. Both meals were tasty and fresh.service was professional and attentive. Very pleasant person. Restaurant booth was clean, supplied extra napkins without asking, table did not have food residue, booth seats were not dirty. read more

I worked there and was very looked down on because of my mental health issues and they fired me cuz of it and the food it's even that good and some servers are. the customers food read more

Found the one place that can't even cook the prepared in the bag for you meals. Pasta cold to lukewarm and chewy throughout. Shouldn't have to gnaw on cold pasta at a restaurant. Not a complicated dish but still beyond the microwave/steaming capabilities of the employed here at Meadville. Moved back 6 years ago and only my 2nd visit to Applebees. They went from Nothing to write home about to need to write about it to try and warn people. At least I did see the waitress more than once so they have that end handled. Now just for them to find someone that can run the steamer in the kitchen. read more

Had dinner at Applebee's tonight. Terrible experience. Ordered coffee (decaf) and it came in a cup that must have had soap in it and was not properly washed, the coffee was undrinkable. Had cheese sticks as an appetizer and they were mediocre. Ordered their version of a club sandwich. The presentation was not appetizing at all. The sandwich was cut in half vs. the normal 4 cuts, and still the bread on top was falling apart and the bread on the bottom literally stuck to the plate. Needless to say, will not be going there for quite some time, if at all. Very disappointed in this visit as in the past never had a bad experience. Can only assume staffing issues. read more

Food isn't bad and waitresses are great. My comment surrounds the new promo for Jungle Cruise, spend so much and get a free movie ticket. Shame on Meadville Applebee's for using this BS to gain business. First of all Fandango don't work at The Movies at Meadville, so you have to drive 30 miles to Tinseltown and back. They got me as I went more than usual figuring to get a free movie ticket at Meadville With our meal. Maybe someone from the local Applebees should contact the local Cinemas and arraign a credit for this promo? OR just keep the game going, make a buck and the customer can drive 60 plus miles to see a movie. read more

This Applebee's is nothing like any other Applebee's I've been to in other states. Came here with my husband while visiting in-laws this past Veteran's Day only because of decent deals but even with a full house of customers they couldn't even get the food out without some kind of problem. My mac & cheese with crispy honey tenders was literally missing the macaroni. THE FREAKING MAC to the CHEESE! They made me a completely different dish with cheese and another noodle that wasn't at all what I order. On top of it all, my husband order the stuffed rigatoni on the 2 for $25 and got what looked like chili noodles with cheese thrown on top. Literally looked like chili spaghetti. NASTY. That dish was barely warm most likely below serving standards and as a result husband's recovering from food poisoning. I've been a prep cook for 5 years and I could absolutely tell this place was barely up to code. The table next to me had obviously dry, overcooked, and clearly burnt baby back ribs which someone complained about. But heck it's Western PA where these people wouldn't know food poison if they saw it! This place is yet another place in Meadville I would never find myself dining at again maybe to have a drink but customers from out of town please BEWARE the food is NOT WORTH IT if you want to spend the next few days vomiting. Every time I come here, I realize chain restaurants in this town only do better in the cities! Mostly because of the restrict health regulations! Never again Applebee's! read more

I like this place. Never had a bad experience. Don't really get the bad reviews. I really like the Fiesta Chicken. Never had a "microwave experience" like another review noted. read more

Absolutely refused to honor their National Wings Day promotion even though their official twitter account and website were promoting it - False Advertising. I will never eat at an Applebees again since they clearly run a suspect operation. ....still waiting for our food 65 minutes later... Good God man! read more

I been to Applebee's 1 time I gotta day they are really good food I love it I wanna do it again

All you can eat riblets or chicken tenders with endless fries for 13.00 buck a deal that can't be beat!! Limited time offer!!!

This is your typical Applebee's. The food is acceptable, but nothing special. I got the chicken broccoli pasta alfredo, which was, like I said, acceptable. It was a little bland, and the broccoli was a little too crisp, but the chicken was tasty and the pasta was cooked well. The wait staff was acceptable, but also nothing special. They tried to split our party up into two tables, which as a former host, I believe to be a little tactless. The waitress was nice enough, and prompt but went on about some contest she could win if one of my party members got a bottle of beer instead of a draught, but the draughts were on special or some such thing. I wasn't really paying too much attention to that, just enough attention to find it a wee bit annoying. All in all, as the theme of this review goes, acceptable. read more

Stopped at on the way through PA on a road trip. 4 of us ate there and it was excellent. All the new items were good. I like the new spicy chicken sandwich. read more

I usually have a good experience here. Yesterday I ordered car side so I could eat in the comfort of my own home... Upon getting home I noticed the chicken penne had about 5 pieces of small chicken.. No bread stick either... I paid over $12 for this entree... I am soooooo disappointed. I wonder if this is common practice with car side because people don't look at it until they get home. I feel so cheated. I am not going to ever go back. read more

The food was excellent and the place was nice and clean. Our server only came around once while we were eating and it took us a while to be seated even though there weren't very many people there and no one in line ahead of us. The appetizers were great and my family devoured them in no time. It took a while to get refills on drinks and my mom had to flag down the waiter to order a caramel appletini (which I would recommend for anyone of age yum yum!) My mother and I both ordered the Tai Shrimp Salad and for 9.99 you get a large salad with a lot of shrimp and other mixins. My brother got steak. I forgot the name of it but it was sirloin and had onions and mashed potatoes. He ordered it medium rare and it was cooked just how he liked it. It was served in the pan and when the waiter delivered it you could hear the steak sizzle in the cast iron pan. Over all it wasn't too bad, will definitely go back. read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - Tai Shrimp Salad - American Near Me - Meadville, Pennsylvania

I'm not a fan of Applebee's food in general, and I've only been here a handful of times. The last time I watched the bartender make my "alcoholic" beverage where she put a splash of liquor and filled the rest with pop. (I don't like pop and did not ask for pop). Cold/undercooked steak and fries. Waitress sighed loudly when I asked for food to be fully cooked. I once went in for a gift card and waited 10 minutes while staff joked at the bar and only asked how they could help me when I turned to walk out. read more

Went here twice. Food is what you'd expect from an Applebee's. Wait staff and the bartenders were friendly and didn't rush me!

Typical chain restaurant with decent service. I do like the lunch specials you can pick from for a decent price.

(Feb. 19)We give Applebee's 4 stars... but the server gets 10 stars. (BrittanyW) She was so nice even though I had a special order (due to allergies) & my 3 grandkids wanted refills etc. read more

The worst food I have ever eaten. I didn't think it was possible to have a bad meal at Applebee's but everything tastes like it was made in a microwave. The closest comparison to their food quality is if you microwave leftover French fries the next day. Everything tastes just like that. read more

We went to this Applebee's twice yesterday. The second time we got there fairly late and stayed until after they closed. We asked to have the tv channel changed several times so we could watch the Maryland game....Go Terps ! The people that work there could not have been more pleasant or more accommodating. The beer was cold and the food was great. I left Meadville thinking the people in Meadville sure are nice ! read more

They are racist here. They separated us from everyone else in the restaurant. And everyone kept starring and pointing. But the food was well. They gave us dirty appetizer plates. I was very unimpressed read more
