I ordered their mushroom Swiss burger. It had good flavor but it was definitely well done. I don't know if that's just how they prepare their burgers or if there was an option to get it medium rare like I prefer. They weren't smash patties so there should be an option. I had a few mixed drinks which were average: they were well mixed, but nothing to rave about. It was pretty empty in the restaurant which was a bit surprising for a Friday night at 8pm. With that being said, service was slow considering how empty it was. They also forgot my condiments and water, however the waiter was apologetic and did correct the situation both times. How does this place stay open? I've been there twice since moving to Hermitage, both times my wife's food has come out 20 minutes after mine, the assistant manager is spending time with his girlfriend who's getting great service, while 5 out of the 7 tables with customers sitting at them are all waiting. It's Buffalo Wild Wings. Nothing exotic or surprising here. The food is consistent, the service is decent here, and it's clean. Although it tends to get a little loud at times, it is a sports bar themed restaurant, after all. I'm not a fan of a lot of the menu, but they have do some decent options. The wraps are good, and they have more flavors for wings than is really necessary. Wing fans should love this place, and I have had them before. They are good. I really do like their potato wedges, though. Possibly my favorite item on the menu. My server was very decent tonight. Friendly and attentive, and she did her job very well. Never have I been so appalled by the lack of professionalism in any realm of customer service, than what I experienced this evening with my family at the Hermitage, PA location. We received 2 menus to share amongst a party of 6. We had to ask repeatedly for drinks that never came throughout the evening, to the point I had to go to the bar to get them. We couldn't get silverware or napkins, or a to go box. Half of our party received their meals while the other half received their food 30 minutes later. Our waitress was unavailable, seen laughing and standing at the bar, talking to other staff. The manager, Chris, then came to our table, in an act of intimidation, and informed us all of these issues are "managed by corporate" . He, nor the waitress, took accountability for the lack of service, refused to apologize and blamed Buffalo Wild Wings corporate for these issues. From our observations of a half empty restaurant, with empty, non-cleared tables, and people lined up outside the building, I doubt this is the case. I would expect a manager to show some sort of hospitality to guests and take interest in concerns to improve future visits. Instead, he told us we should apologize for being upset and voicing our concerns, even though we were asked how the service was! We will never return to this establishment. Sadly, the other tables around us were also waiting on drink refills and condiments after asking multiple times and had the same sentiments and disgust with how the manager spoke to us. I hope someone within your organization will take this as a learning experience moving forward. read more

Like any other BW3's, the food &' atmosphere are so good &' fun. However, the place is run by teenagers... I can't tell you how many times they've messed up my order. One time I ordered a from veggie burger here and they didn't tell me they were out of the veggie patty, so they just brought me a regular beef patty. I'm a vegetarian! Another time they overcharged us, &' yet another time they forgot two items in our carry out. What a terrible terrible experience. My family and I came in after a long day and just wanted a few appetizers. The restaurant wasn't busy and it took over 35 minutes to get the apps. When they came out, the food was ice cold. I ordered the nachos and the cheese was frozen. When the waitress came back she tried to argue with me and say she watched them make it and there was no way they were cold. I literally made her feel my food and she then agreed that my food was cold. The flat bred pizza was gross and my mom refused to eat it. The chicken was dry and the flat bred was so hard you couldn't break it. My cousin got the same thing and hers was not much better. When I got my nachos back 10 minutes later they were still just luke warm and the beef on them tasted like a poorly made sloppy joe mix. Disgusted, I ate all the chips with nothing on them and left the rest to be thrown out. The manager offered desserts which was nice of him, but even those were average. The cinnamon bites weren't fully cooked and were mush. The cherry on top of the cake is when our waitress apologized and said "it's not going to be great food. It's not real. It is either frozen or out of a can. If I was honest with all of my customers, no one would eat here" I then started to gag and asked for my check.
