For a place founded by a celebrity chef and backed by a famous family, I expected more than what felt like fast food disguised as a dine-in experience. The atmosphere didn't help either--basic, borderline sterile, and more reminiscent of a mall food court than a trendy burger joint. There's a big difference between casual and uninspired, and sadly, this leaned heavily toward the latter.
