This is my second time in 2 years that I've dined at this Red Lobster. The 1st time our cocktails were made so badly we couldn't drink it. Tried many times to get it corrected, they didn't remake it they kept tweaking it. I was so spicy it was undrinkable. This visit everything was mediocre and again our mixed drinks were poorly made. Today there was a noticeable unpleasant odor in the area when you first entered the door and also in area where you wait to be seated. The restrooms are clean but again very unpleasant odor. I am so surprised by all the negative reviews as we go here often and always enjoy our meal and service. The waiters are especially attentive and friendly and go out of their way to anticipate your needs throughout the course of your meal. Our food is always tasty and fresh! We don't go after 4pm so maybe the lunch scene is way better than dinner. Also, this restaurant is very clean. You can sit right by the windows and they will be spotless with no smudge marks on glass or dust on the ledge. The self check out kiosks on the table is very convenient as well. Furthermore the company subsidizes the bartender and busboy pay by making the waiters tip out to them, sometimes causing the waitstaff to lose money. read more

Took our whole group of 9 without much of a wait or an issue on a Saturday, they gave us 2 servers and for the most part they were good, they did manage to mess up on some of the food but were attentive and brought any extras we asked for. The food was good, and fresh, but half of our table got their meals while the other half waited an extra 10 mins for their food. Every time I have been here I have had good service. So they are definitely doing it right when it comes to customer service. The food the last two times has been pretty disappointing unfortunately. This last time I had the Maple Glazed Chicken dinner. The rice was cooked well, but lacked a lot of flavor. The chicken definitely did not look grilled. It actually looked like it had just been heated up. The glaze was overly sweet. It was very disappointing. The mixed drinks here usually have good flavor, but are mixed very light handed. I sat at the bar the time before this time to eat and watched the bartender making the drinks. Her shot pour was definitely less than a shot. So buyer beware for these expensive drinks!! This trip my friend ordered the Jack and Coke O'Nut special drink. It's supposed to be a blueish color and came out a pale green. Even the waitress said it was wrong in color, but served it anyway and did not offer to have another made. The coconut flavor was good and it was tropical, but not very strong. Now I typically don't leave reviews, but this was something that really stood out to me. First, let me say that the food and service I received today was good. I was in around 2:30, so the service was timely as well. However, that's where the pleasantries end. Whomever the woman that was yelling at their servers was needs fired. I assume management given her attire. Restraunt staff have been getting the short straw since covid started, and there is no reason that anybody in a position of leadership should use the tone and language they did to their staff. Absolutely appalling and I will not be dining with Red Lobster anywhere moving forward since it's safe to assume that someone in Red Lobster's management or corporate thinks this is the treatment that's acceptable to display against fellow service workers. read more

Placed an online order that my husband picked up. When he returned to the hotel, I checked the bag and 3 items were missing. How hard is it to check the receipt that is taped to the bag to make sure the entire order is complete before handing it over to a customer? We just finished dinner here and it was a great experience! We were seated quickly (with a party of 2 adults and 5 kids, that doesn't happen often). The food was good and the service even better. This is, without a doubt, the best Red Lobster I've been to. Regardless of when we arrive, whether it be at 2:00 for lunch or 6:30 on a Friday night, we're always seated within 15 minutes, if there's even a wait at all. The food is always spot on and the service can't be beat. The wait staff is always knowledgeable of the menu and eager to offer suggestions. They've always made sure our drinks are filled and table is cleared when needed. Such a nice change from other chain restaurants. We'll definitely be back. read more

My husband and I visited this Red Lobster last night for the endless shrimp. The waitress was great and was always there when we needed refills. The biscuits were great of course and the shrimp was delicious, we tried all of them except the linguine because we got full. The place was nice and clean inside and out. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because of the sides. We both ordered baked potatoes and they were both very dry and hard. The waitress did bring me mashed potatoes instead and they were ok and my brocolli had a big brown spot in them which I picked out and went ahead and ate. Ate there tonight. The food was absolutely perfect. My steak was done to a perfect standard for Medium-Well. My snow crab legs were fresh and juicy and the shrimp was wonderful as well. Spent 100 dollars just now and ordered online through their website. For me I got the salmon, Maine lobster, shrimp. Salmon was burnt. So I scraped off the top layer that had the grill marks then removed the skin off the bottom. Tried to eat the middle of the salmon but couldn't. Severely dry. You have to be really careful when you sear your salmon. Salmon Cooks extremely fast and it is best served medium rare. The chef was cooking it like a filet mignon or something. He was so concerned with the grill marks on the fish that he didn't care that he was putting out crap that was overcooked dry fish that somebody had to pay for and couldn't eat. The lobster was definitely overcooked by at least a minute to a minute and a half. Rubber chewy disgusting crap that's an insult to the main lobster. Maine Lobsters are sweeter more tender and just better and when you order and you're willing to pay for a main lobster you expect it to be juicy tender and glistening. Somehow they managed to ruin that too and it came maserated in a strange brown butter which is completely unnecessary. If you were going to cook it with butter why did you put more than a teaspoon on there and when you're cooking it you should be basting it as it cooks. The shrimp that my husband ordered with his crab same thing happen they boiled the shrimp separately and then macerated it after it was cooked or overcooked I should say because they were like little bullets. So after they cook it rather than just sauteing it with a little bit of butter they ruined it so you bite into the shrimp and you taste the shrimp bland no flavor hard chewy little rubber bullets with butter slapped over after it was overcooked. The crab was definitely also overcooked by about a whole minute and a half at least. It was halfway disappointing cuz here was still a lot of dry parts in there because of the over cooking. The shrimp that came on the skewers however was actually cooked appropriately that was the best part of all the entrees. The calamari was a big disappointment because they went through all the trouble to make this great light greasy fluffy but still crispy batter on the calamari and they did a really good job with that but the problem was then they throw all these juicy peppers on the top and so what happens with breading is it's soaks up whatever it's next to. so now you can't taste your squid all you can taste is the stupid banana peppers that they decided to put over the top for no reason whatsoever which by the time the food got delivered the calamari was now soggy and sitting into the juice and you couldn't enjoy it so you had to pull off all the breading just to be able to eat the squid. So why would you bother going to the trouble of frying to calamari and doing this great beautiful job with it and cooking it perfect and then you put it in these juices of these peppers. Why do you bother frying it when you're serving it soggy and you're putting all this wet crap over the top of it? They could have very easily put the peppers on the side in a side container. It just doesn't make any sense what are they doing at this Red lobster. These pickled peppers and they're completely wet and so destroys the batter off of all the calamari. It's very hard to pull off grilled fish if you don't know your cook times or how to do it so they need to offer a different option like maybe a skillet cooked salmon because they can't grill it right that's for sure. Cook it skin side down you don't start cooking salmon on the top that's how you dry it out and mess it up. First and last time I will eat from here. The chefs there work with all these expensive ingredients and they messed them all up so what's the point of paying these people. My cat that loves salmon on occasion walked away from it she couldn't handle it. When animals will not eat your food you have a problem. I do not recommend eating here find another place that has fresh seafood that can cook it to perfection or buy it fresh yourself and cook it at home yourself. We had to throw our food away. Off to get sushi now. These people don't know how to cook a piece of fish. read more
