The batter was well seasoned and even better dipped in the tartar sauce. The tots were nice and crispy with a fluffy interior. I got the 97th St. Special at La Cevicheria, which included shrimp and fish, ceviche, quinoa, and causa, which is a Peruvian style mashed potato flavored with the same citrus as the fish (the causa tastes MUCH better than it sounds. The portion size was appropriate, if not slightly generous for the price. And I felt satisfied after the meal. As far as the location, there is nothing better for ambience than sitting down by the beach, enjoying fresh, delicious seafood. I cannot wait to eat here again.
