We have purchased carpet from Complete Flooring on three separate occasions. The second carpet we…read morepurchased we noticed the steps were loose and needed stretched. When they installed the third carpet which was over a year after the carpet was installed we asked the installer to look at it and fix it. He addressed the steps during that installed. In December we called as the steps were wrinkled again and the top landing area and asked if someone could come out and fix it so it doesn't ruin the backing on the carpet. The person at the store said they would send someone out to check it out and it was Roy. This was mid December 2023. He said he would get back to us in a week and said that the carpet was installed 2 1/2yrs ago and they only have a 2 year warranty but he would see what he could do. We followed up several times and they said we are working on it and will get back to you with a proposal?!? Finally after another call in the morning on January 20th (1 month later!) Roy was busy with a customer and called back in the afternoon with a proposal for $600 that included $100 discount to re-stretch the carpet. I can not figure out how carpet would need to be re-stretched multiple times which tells me it was not stretched well enough when it was installed. We have more carpet & flooring to purchase and I am sorry but this is very petty to charge to address what we feel is an installation issue. There are too many flooring companies out there and we will NOT be returning with our business.

You received your ROC after the contracts were signed.That is illegal.The company also falsely represented their license during the legal proceeding status.This company warrents an investigation.Anyone that is not licensed with the ROC can only do a thousand dollars and under. Cabinets were installed crooked uneven and even upside down. Cuts in the materials were rough and misaligned and some parts were missing. The bathroom layout was off by 3 inches from the agreed design. When we raise concern, the company hired an attorney and we were forced to retain our own legal counsel. We attempted to resolve this directly but were unsuccessful. What they did was not only illegal, Tried filing a lawsuit against us. What they did was illegal. I just want others to be informed of our experience and to request accountability from the business.

The short version:…read more Installer was late half the times, with no phone call Mistakes were made with no apology from the owner Owner didn't seem to care, nor did he seem to take accountability/ responsibility for the way things were going Overall, a big headache The Long version: The installer was late half the times by about 45 minutes or so-- there was no phone call from anyone so I was just waiting and waiting on them. There were a couple of mistakes made during the installation-- we chose not to have them fixed since it wasn't a huge deal, but wanted to note that errors were made. Then the owner said they would do something a certain way, all parties involved agreed it would be done a certain way, but then the owner did it another way and tried to cover it up! However I had already noticed this had happened-- basically the owner tried to lie to me about it and cover it up even though we had all agreed it would be done in a certain manner. By the end of the job I was super annoyed/ frustrated/ irritated. The worst part? The owner didn't even apologize. All he had to do was say he was sorry about these things and it would have been a lot better. But he didn't. Overall I give them 2 stars-- because in the end, the floor looks nice (and the installer was a really nice guy even though he was late half the times) but it was a big headache dealing with these guys and this company. Because of my experience with them, I can't recommend them.

We've dealt with a lot of contractors - flooring, tile, electrical, handymen, and I have to say our experience with Deluxe Granite was by far the best experience of all these different projects. We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our experience! First of all, just the planning and communication aspects were fantastic! Rene was great to work with. So was Sharon, handling the office administration, she was easy to work with too. Rene responded quickly, came out to measure, showed us some options, and communicated clearly about the process, the timeline, etc. We ended up going with granite, although we weren't sure initially if it would be quartz or granite, and we're really glad we went with granite. She showed us a photo of the slab, and that was good enough for us, we chose not to look at it in the showroom, and when it did arrive and got installed, it was completely true to the picture, so we were quite happy with the way it looked. The entire process took very little of our time. I could not believe how quickly both the initial consultation with Rene and measuring the template (thank you, Nick!) took, let alone the actual installation (removal of existing and installation of new countertop). Leif and his assistant (sorry I didn't remember his name) did an excellent job. They showed up on time, got to work, tore down the old countertop, installed the new one, it seemed like in no time we were looking squarely at our beautiful new countertops! Leif was really personable and highly skilled, and communicated clearly about care and maintenance. This company is doing something right. They must have figured out a great business model. Consult, select, measure, take template, order slab, tear down and install. No problem. Well done. We did get other bids before choosing Deluxe Granite and some of them it seemed like it would take weeks or months, or we wouldn't get what we really wanted, or there was some kind of compromise somewhere. Not true for Deluxe Granite. We were happy with selection, material, timing, communication, installation, and cost! We are grateful for Deluxe Granite's work. Couldn't be happier. They even have excellent contacts for tile and handyman work. In fact we are having the tile work start tomorrow for the backsplash, which will look great with the new countertop! This was the best experience with any type of home installation or repair project we've had. I would HIGHLY recommend Deluxe Granite to anyone in the Tucson area.

Contacted Deluxe Granite through the Yelp app and they responded within a hour. I was able to set up a time and for $100 less than the other company. Leif arrived right on time, even a little early and walked me through the whole process. Within 10 mins he had the chip patched and sanded. He color matched it so well. He was masked the entire time. My wife couldn't even see where the patch was. Great experience. Definitely would recommend.
