This location looks like any other EW location except that it is SUPER clean. Welcomed warmly upon entering and my wax specialist Savannah took me on time. Savannah is excellent. Chatty and friendly and super efficient. I was surprised to learn she's relatively new to the waxing world. I had a full leg wax and I have to say this was the most comfortable wax experience I have EVER had. Looks like this is my new go to European Wax location at the corner of Schaumburg and Barrington roads. Who wants to shave when you can get waxed at European Wax center?

When I had a question prior to my first appointment, Era texted me back very quickly with a response. Era is friendly and provides great service at a very reasonable price. I felt very comfortable coming here for a Brazilian wax. Good thing I had gotten a Brazilian wax years ago at another establishment where I had read various pamphlets about how to prepare, so I had popped 300 mg of ibuprofen before my appointment, so the procedure didn't hurt at all.

After arriving she had me fill out the normal waxing forms which ask if you are on a medications that would prevent one from being waxed. Her salon space and treatment area is extremely clean. She uses top of the line hard wax. There is no double dipping. You can tell she is very experienced and professional when you are getting waxed. I would return in the future. I hope she adds a manzilian wax in the future.
