I love bbq and these were the largest bones that I have ever seen with chewy meat. The meat was not smoked. I am not sure what this is, but they are not smoked ribs. The BBQ sauce has no flavor. This place has the BEST chicken breasts! We this place. We get extra chicken breasts for chicken dishes: tacos, casseroles, etc.

I love this place so much, they're always really sweet to me and on time whenever I order over the phone. The amount of food is definitely worth what you pay. Tried this spot for the first time and it was excellent. I had two meats (BBQ chicken and teriyaki chicken) and two sides (coleslaw and Mac salad). Wow! What a surprising joy to come across this "little" place! We were in town for a memorial and afterwards needed to get something to eat before the journey home. After looking on Yelp, I came upon this BBQ restaurant. I didn't realize that it was a "hole in the wall" only a couple of tables and a bar against the wall. We peeked in and looked at the menu and the tables were available so we decided check out the menu. While looking at the menu board we asked the person behind us if they liked this place and they agreed that it was pretty amazing. So we decided to give it a try. There were 3 adults so we ordered the 3 meat selection with coleslaw and potato salad to share. (later we got an order of beans). All the food was fantastic. We had the chicken, ribs, and pulled pork. The service was great and friendly. We would love to come back and try some of the other menu items. The whole Asian/BBQ fusion thing was well played! Review #090 - 2017 While waiting for my sister to finalize her car purchase at Manly Honda, I got super hungry. I hadn't eaten all day and it was already getting late. I came to order take outs around 7:15 PM. I wanted to try a little bit of everything so I got two orders of the 3 meat and 2 sides for $12.99 each. When I showed up, I was the only person there and by the time I was almost done placing my orders, the place was packed within 5 minutes. Glad I showed up when I did. The young lady who was assisting me was very sweet. She saw that I was carrying my daughter's car seat and offered to help me bring my food to my car, but I felt bad since it was so busy and didn't want to be a bother. When I got to the dealer, I asked Mike to bring a plate that I'd put together for my sister & he asked if he could try some. I told him to help himself because it was plenty for the two of us. I felt kind of bad because everyone walked by and asked me what I was having because the smell was killing them. I really liked the pull pork the best. It was so moist and juicy. Everything else was good, but the beef brisket was a little dry. Food is about 3.5 to 4 stars, but service bumped it up to a 5, easily. I wasn't sure about this place from a first impression stand point, but I was wonderfully impressed. My husband and I each got a 2 meat combination plate. We tried 4 different BBQ'ed meats. Each better than the next. The sides were well seasoned and had lots of flavor. The prices are amazing for it being a BBQ restaurant. This will be our new favorite stop on our way through town. I worked down the road from this location and ate here nearly every day for lunch. The food is inexpensive and comes in large quantities. The staff is friendly and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to get my food. I've also ordered food catering style for my work, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Well this one was a surprise! I was ravenous on my way back home and looked for a takeout place nearby, so Red Bee BBQ was it. Staff were so helpful and took their time to show me all the different choices of meats. The portions are very generous and everything tasted delicious! This place is legit. First off the staff was very friendly. I ordered 3 meats and 2 sides. The salad was delicious and had tons of toppings. The fried rice was scrumptious. The brisket and ribs were delicious. The chicken made me so happy. It has chinese 5 spice or something on it and it is moist and out of this world. Why did it take me so long to try it?? We all ordered three meat combos and the price is really good for the amount of food they give you. Upon arrival we find out the owners are Chinese. Our people. This may not mean anything to everyone but they gave generous Chinese portions. I don't know how I finished so much of my food. The employees were very friendly. The owner is an older Asian lady who was sweet as pie and very polite, she had a young Latina working with her that was kind and easy going. Food was first rate, and I am full and content. I've been using Yelp for years but this would be my very first review. The reason I'm finally writing a review is because this place somehow manages to blow me away every single time I'm here (I'm a pretty picky person too) and I am so in love with it. The food is AMAZING in my opinion (I'm a meat lover), it's always on point, perfectly seasoned and cooked and in HUGE generous portions, all while being at a cheap price. Easily the best BBQ place in SR. However, what separates this place from many others that have not prompted me to write a review is the excellent costumer service and the above and beyond efforts of the workers here. I am greeted and made to feel so welcome from the moment I step in to the moment I leave. Although I usually end up ordering the same things every time, I like to take my time and explore the menu every time I come in. The workers are always patient, waited for me with a smile, didn't rush, and repeatedly offered me samples and explanations of all the food options. The owner who served me today did so in such a kind and welcoming manner I felt compelled (in a good way) to leave him a tip (I normally am not a fan of tipping). Him and his wife are the cutest and nicest servers you will ever meet. Overall, the perfect combination of costumer service, food options, and prices at this place is what makes it stand out from the rest and is becoming one of my all time favorites places to eat. I've been on the lookout for good barbque in the Santa Rosa area and came upon this place. For some reason I had a lot of trouble finding it, but I did. Looked like they offered brisket, pulled pork and chicken with the usual sides. I was only interested in their brisket. I asked if they offered lean or fatty. The gal said they would accommodate whatever I wanted. I got the brisket with a side of beans. To tell you the truth, I wasn't that impressed. The brisket was cut randomly, and I had trouble finding any crust on it. It had more the consistency of pot roast. The beans were unremarkable. I asked the man who was working the smoker if he could tell me if they got their meats locally sourced. He said he couldn't tell me, they just buy from the "vendor". I asked him how long the meat had been smoked. He looked confused by that, so I asked, "12 hours?". He said yeah, that's about right. Wow! Such attention to detail! I must say that my dog didn't even want to lick my fingers when I got in the truck. Dog don't lie...So, really, 2 1/2 stars...The chicken did look good. I used to love this place but after tonight I am very disappointed. I called and ordered ahead so I could get there and just pick up. They told me to wait 20 mins yet when I got there they hadn't even started putting my meal together and I ended up waiting in line. It would have been better for me to have just drove there (5 mins away) and waited in line, I would have gotten my food quicker. Lesson learned. But then my chicken was undercooked, I had to cook it more once I got home, rice was dry and the corn was under seasoned. All of this after they raised the prices. The staff is very friendly and they seem to be doing their best. They either need more staff or better training. It's sad bc we used to love this place and it's close to our home. read more

Brisket portion was large but it was chewy, full of huge fat chunks (usually I like some fat) and also had a generous amount of dried out dried 'jerky' pieces. I've had higher quality, juicier, tender brisket from the pre-made microwaveable containers available at the grocery store. However I do like their sauce. Yummy. I ended up not ordering the additional meats and sides because the Asian woman helping me was speaking so quickly I had no idea what she was saying behind the many warning lamps. Ironically I have many Asian in-laws & friends so it was not an accent issue. I'll save my money for a place that believes in customer service and better quality of food.
