I scheduled an appointment online to have an 8X10 rug cleaned in my home…read more Two people showed up and immediately told me they are unable to clean my rug, and it needs to be taken offsite for 2-3 weeks at 3x the price. I called to speak with someone in their office and that person told me I should have known to call instead of making the appointment online. Their online scheduling does not offer the chance to describe what the rug is made of (my fault, apparently). She took no accountability and showed no concern for the fact that my entire morning was wasted waiting for them. This company should not be in business.

They came on time and finished the job, thoroughly, in about an hour. We were beyond thankful for them. Prior to calling them we used pre-treatments, baking soda mixes, carpet cleaners, spot treatments, and even rented a rug doctor to no avail.
