The owner of this also owns apartment buildings in Otisville. Everyone in the buildings have been…read moreextremely sick from mold toxicity. There's extensive water damage in each building that has been going on for years. Everyone has complained, shown proof, begged for it to be fixed. I personally had it all tested through Biostar mold testing. The news covered it due to how extremely high the mold counts are and which molds are present. If you go to Facebook to the page Cumbiaville Happenings or look up the Lapeer Tribune, you can read the full article there. It's awful. Personally, my brain has had swelling and I had to be admitted into the hospital. So many people are sick. Mold kills. And this guy won't fix a thing. It smells so awful. Everything we own smells. Our daughter is now on constant breathing treatments. They have the money to fix everything but choose not to. Everyone is moving out due to being deathly ill. He even refuses to give families back their deposits, even after they lose everything to mold. I wouldn't do business with this place due to the fact that they lack morals and the dollar sign and greed over rule human decency and to keep their tenants safe.

Businesses usually get new home records for their marketing efforts, and send out flyers to new homeowners. Their marketing worked, we reached out to get a quote. Ron was excellent - scheduled and got someone out same day. Unfortunately, this is where Don entered. Don isn't sophisticated enough to hide his prejudice or seemingly intelligent enough to deduce when someone has significantly more means than he's able to assess. Don comes out, and asks "who's going to be living here" after assuming that I'm doing work at the place until my mother arrives, which is not only weird, but emblematic of the lack of sophistication or professionalism that was to come. He then says he'll write up a quote, and then send a picture of it. We wait a few hours, and he decides to call and hem and haw around the idea that he doesn't believe that we were in a position to actually pay for the thing we specifically asked to get quoted. "Well it's a lot of money and some people don't want to pay that etc, etc..." To be clear, I can't accurately assess the quality of their ability to do flooring for the sheer audacity, lack of professionalism, and unearned arrogance. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
