Dan Lovelace does do beautiful stamped concrete work. His prices are just a bit above average,…read morebased on the 6 quotes we got. However, don't expect him to stand behind his work. In April, Dan's crew poured our porch and two walkways. There were a few hiccups, but nothing catastrophic. Although the finished color is not what we asked for, the work is great and the color will suffice. The problem happened when we went to turn our sprinkler system on. Three zones wouldn't work. After finding the source of the issue, we realized Dan's crew had punctured the lines while driving stakes into the ground to support the concrete forms. We took pics, called Dan, who apologized, said "Yeah, this happens. I wish my guys would have dealt with it right away....I have a bunch of sprinkler stuff in my truck. I'll be out tomorrow to make it right." Dan did not show up the next day. On the day after, we called and left a message. Then a few days later, we texted. Then emailed. We've called again, and messaged. This has be several weeks and we still can't run the sprinklers to over half our lawn. I thought Dan was a stand up guy with a quality company. He is not. Buyer beware.
