They have offered to resolve it by shipping me a new plant with photo approval, but have been pretty slow to make actual steps towards replacing the plant. It's been over 2 weeks now since I let them know about my issue. I also had I ordered 2 lizard queens. They looked beautiful when they arrived, but after a few days they started dying. I pulled them all out of their soil and guess what, total root rot! I Out of two plants, I am trying to propagate maybe 7-8 nodes at this point. Total rip off!!

I contacted the…read morestore on Saturday after 5 business days amd was told they were sent on the 5th business day but the shipper hadn't updated tracking. Also told they would f/u on Monday if the tracking wasn't updated. The tracking was not updated but I didn't hear from anyone. Wednesday I reached out again. The order was sent back to the team for refill. The plants arrived today Sat. Two weeks after ordering. They were shipped on their sides, swaddling in batting that wicked any moisture out of the soil. Two of four plants were clearly starts that had never been rooted in soil as it all fell away when trying to repot. This is not a good deal. I hope these stressed out plants survive.
