It was full of trash, broken glass, bits of metal, shredded plastic, even an intact plastic straw. Most of the trash will not decompose. It is nothing a sane person wants to put in their garden. Most serious gardeners will be on their knees in the soil at some point. I know of no one that wants broken glass in their gardens. Less than one third has been spread, and bits and pieces of trash picked out as I spread, and more is found every time it rains. Enough collected so far that it makes a sizeable pile on a split open paper grocery bag. Disgusting, and disgusted. Go elsewhere.

There's extensive water damage in each building that has been going on for years. Everyone has complained, shown proof, begged for it to be fixed. I personally had it all tested through Biostar mold testing. The news covered it due to how extremely high the mold counts are and which molds are present. He even refuses to give families back their deposits, even after they lose everything to mold.
