He does a great job of listening to what you want and exchanging ideas, not forcing his upon you. I knew which windows (4 of them) I wanted replaced since an Anderson Renewal guy had come out separately to inspect & provide a quote. Chris from Main Street was extremely kind, helpful, and upfront. I chose them ultimately because of this pleasant meeting, urgency for the replacement, and fair price. He was my only point of contact the whole job which was nice and he was on top of communicating things throughout the whole process. We also have siding being replaced so he communicated with my other contractor to coordinate timing. Pricing was very reasonable compared to Renewal but more expensive than a DIY vinyl install because of the window quality. I wanted a window that would last and was willing to pay more. The Anderson 100 series installed was literally half the cost of what Renewal had quoted me (I believe they quoted the 300 series) but are very high quality windows regardless and we really like them. There are some minor aesthetic defects from the manufacturing of the windows (pictured here) but they can be trimmed off very easily and aren't a concern. The installer Dre came in with Dan as support and they did a beautiful job. I had plenty of notice beforehand and they finished the job exactly as estimated (about 6 hours) after cleaning up very nicely. All in all, I thought Main Street Windows had a competitive price, I appreciated their recommendation for the product, they did a great job communicating, and the windows look great.
