EXTREMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...We signed contract in October 2020 for complete kitchen remodel. We advised Starling that we would be gone for the winter October 2020 Through May 2021. Starline started remodeling project in February. To be fair there were supply problems for supplies due to Covid. BUT... upon our return in May, this project was a disaster. Our house was a filthy mess from lack of partioning off kitchen area, which was a very easy process. Dry wall dust covered every inch of our house. Upon what was considered by the contractor as completion, we were told that someone from this company would be contacting us regarding issues and additional charges. In November, 6 months later we received final billing for this project. In the meantime, no one from Starline followed up with our issues. As of November 2021, made contact with management about final billing and issues. Talked to Project Manager who stated he would look into our issues. So far, two weeks and three unanswered phone calls with no return calls, we still have no resolutions. read more

Spent over $7000 to have granite installed in our kitchen, through ANA Granite, and after a miscut hole for our cooktop, one of the overhangs cut too short, two pieces cut so out of square for our island that it would make you dizzy to look at, as well as every other section at least 1/2" out of square, and 3 cracks (that they generously "repaired" by gluing together) they decided to offer a whopping 5% discount to live with the issues because there was no more of the granite to correct the problems. No offer to redo it!?!! Find another place, there are plenty of kitchen and bath shops out there. DON'T CHOOSE THIS ONE Also noticed all the reviews here seem to be written by business partners and employees. Wish I would have checked them out first. read more

I would recommend Staline Kitchen and Bath if you are thinking of doing any remodel or New job. They take it from start to finish and always willing to work with YOU and if something won't work they will tell you and come up with something else and explain it to you!!! We worked with Rob, and Jim overseen the job both are very nice and very knowledgeable of what you want. read more

I ordered cabinets for my whole house from them and Jacob did an awesome job with the design!

Overpriced junk. Painters tape took the finish right off, and not to mention the "awesome" installation. The facing on the cabinets isn't even centered. I was disappointed a few years back when I got it and now that the finish came right off I'm half in mind to sue them. What a joke.... also forgot to mention that they never even drilled the holes for the hardware. So I guess I'll just do that myself? I hope this place goes out of business. read more

This is a buyer be ware! I put a deposit down in Nov of 2021, They didn't start the job till Sep of 2022. It is a 5 x 9 foot bathroom, and was scheduled to be complete in 2-3 weeks. We are now into month 5 and we are no where near completion. I have NEVER encountered a less caring company and The level of the workmanship is HORRIBLE. Its been a series of mishaps and accidents from stepping through the ceiling into the Only other bathroom I have, taking 5 weeks to repair. They have pushed trim through my window screen and dropped something heavy enough to leave a 1 inch chip out of a center tile in the next room. They have painted the brand new 451.00$ illuminated mirror which will now need to be replaced, they have left a ridiculous amount of mess on any day they did decide to show up. This is just a few examples, but the list goes on and on. I think we need a lawyer! And by the way no response from upper management or owner after numerous calls and complaints... SO VERY SAD, RIPPED OFF, AND FRUSTRATED. read more

Will never work with this company again. Extremely bad customer service. Doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Like others have mentioned below Jess was terrible to work with. Starline did a bait and switch after the countertop was installed are now asking me to pay over 30% what the original quote was. After asking for weeks what the labor and materials cost was for this 30% charge they still wouldn't tell me. Never again will I work with a terrible company like this.
