The owner said he would replace the siding, however after a few contacts he had 6 pieces of siding dropped off at our home (which is not enough to fix all of it) and he refused to have it installed. Got a quote to do the work from a siding company and it came in at $600.00. Second as they stripped the deck they never cleaned the stain that was stripped off the siding, they let it dry on the siding which cost us many hours of scrubbing to remove it. I am 75 years old with heart problems and this was and continues to be very stressful. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I purchased the luxury package which includes screen and track cleaning. The crew showed up to the…read morehouse on time. One of the crew members had an attitude problem that needed to be adjusted. I tried not to be confrontational and let the other crew member address the issue. The windows were cleaned but the screen and track cleaning is not worth the additional cost as the crew only uses the rags to clean. My wife and I had to go back and clean the tracks and frames ourselves. The crew forgot to replace two screens and another crew had to come back out a few days later to re-install the screens. Also, while the work was being performed one of the crew members accidentally damaged one of the screens and I was told that the company would replace the screen free of charge but that it would take a few weeks which seems odd since they are right around the corner from where I live and they use a local hardware store for supplies. I have not decided if I will call them again next year for service or not...Buyer beware!
