Was told by the owner that this would be resolved. Never has been done. There is a lack of communication between the management and the crew that did the repair. They did return one time to repair a section that was peeling and I expected them to return to address the rest of the repair.I have repeatedly tried to get a repair done to my garage floor for a few years. Do not receive a call back only text reply that they are in a limited cell coverage and then want me to send pictures of the problem. I cannot believe they only work where there is limited cell coverage. Several red flags came up during the install of floor coating (Saying their competition is not a reliable company, trying to make me feel bad because they did not quote a slury coating to my pitted concrete floor to make me feel like I got something for nothing. I did not quote the job not my fault). I have repeatedly tried to resolve the issue but to no avail. I have even taken time out of my day to stop by their showroom and talked to their representative.

It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!
