Called mr handyman to install an exterior door. Tech showed up 2 hours late. They sent 1 man to…read moredo a 2 man job. Also after almost 5 hours of work I noticed they installed the door completely wrong. Tech didn't have the right tools or the knowledge to do it right and I had to fire the guy. Was left without a properly working exterior door with the temps outside at 15 degrees. Also the tech put a big scratch in the brand new door. Also broke my ceramic tile floor and damaged the siding on my house. After repeated attempts to get ahold of the owner to see if he would step up and take care of the damages. He won't answer calls. And the guy in the office tells me that the door is working fine. Would never call them again. Owner does not care about his customers.
