They told us about the guarantee on their own carpet line that allows a "re-do" if you are not satisfied with the carpet for any reason. We kind of laughed, because we couldn't imagine anyone doing that, but it ended up that we weren't happy with our choice and when we asked them if we could replace it with another color, they were completely gracious about it. Their installers were really skilled and did a great job. We will definitely return to Carpet One when we new flooring for other parts of our house.

Our adventure started on September 18th and finished this past Wednesday the 20th. We had many other things done during this remodel so please know the kitchen didn't take this whole time. Tony ( the owner) came out himself to meet with us and give us a quote. While here he made great suggestions and offered many other ideas that the others did not. We chose Hollywood Cabinets after all the designs were done and prices were set. They were by far the best for price, and for what you get for this price. We ended up with maple cabinets that were painted a designer white paint, white. We even bought our pulls and cabinet knobs from them. Found they were very good on price with this also. We can not be happier with the out come! We did have a couple of small issues with a small delay, and a problem with the man who took out our cabinets and did some odd jobs for him, Mr. Jim Samp. After working these out, we were fine. Tony has gone above and beyond the call of duty... a rare trait these days! I have included a few photos so you can judge. In looking at reviews ourselves, we found we enjoyed seeing someone's work, good or bad. Photos speak volumes!

So they want to be known as a custom cabinet maker , but only if it's all standard sizes or designs. WHAT ? Don't waste your time or money they don't care what you , the customer wants . Poorly handled , did not demonstrate good communication/ people skills . Couldn't even tell me if I should replace cabinets or flooring first !!!! Terrible

I highly recommend getting 3 quotes, as we did so you can begin to understand the differences between the different manufacturers and the quality of construction. The design looked amazing and the install team did an amazing job of turning that into a reality. The experience was very smooth, despite a few changes that needed to be addressed when we were able to see how the plumbing was set-up by the builder. I called to make an appointment as suggested when coming in and making the appointment was easy over the phone. Inside had a ton of different well known brands. Along with toilets, vanities, and especially fixtures to name a few. When I got to the appointment, the front desk ladies were very friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the friendliness ended with my visit. My sales associate, Nicole was knowledgeable, but her customer service was absolutely horrible. She gave some advice, but it felt like it would be better if I knew exactly what I wanted and she can just point me in that direction. If you're coming just to browse or get ideas, don't book with Nicole. She did not seem to have patience for me on my indecisiveness/not knowing what I wanted yet. She didn't ask my budget or much other advice or questions. She had a very condescending attitude, like I was annoying her. We went and looked at all of the different brand names. I really didn't feel like I got much design help from her. She did at least show me some of the handheld sprays in the shower area in the back of the store. I asked her for a quote list and she said she'd email it to me. We spent about an hour or little less at the appointment. By the end of the appointment, she said I hope you didn't feel rushed. Which in reality I did... I waited a few days and her email never came and I had to call the store to ask for it to be resent again. She did do a good job with emailing me back-and-forth because I had questions about the quotes and pictures she gave me. She was prompt. Definitely compare and contrast what is cheaper. I compared my selections to websites like Wayfair. The faucets and shower fixtures were cheaper from Wittock. But the accessories like towel bar, toilet holder, robe holder, etc. were cheaper through Wayfair. When I was ready to put the order in. I emailed Nicole and she gave me an order number. She told me to then call the front desk to them put the order in. Gina, who processed my order was very nice and helpful. You either can put down 1/2 of your order or the whole thing. My order took about a week or so. Except the shower faucet was a newer design and I was told it would take about three weeks. I did ask Nicole to send me some similar shower faucets that were in stock. She kind of condescendingly made a point that I didn't like any of the other in stock, shower heads. But within a few days, the showerhead I originally ordered was available. The products that I ordered were all great. They were all Delta product, so I felt like it was trusted brand. My contractor picked up our items without issue. The products are beautiful and are what I ordered.
