Tiffany was very nice and patient. She made sure that I had all of the answers before proceeding with the tattooing. It's about an inch tattoo on my arm, so it only took like 15min. The pain was manageable without any numbing cream. It was more intense when tattooing over some scars. I followed Tiffany's instructions on after care and everything went smoothly. It's been almost a month and I love how it turned out. I recommend Tiffany.

My back piece with Low is still a work in progress, but every single experience at this studio has been exceptionally great. I came to Low with an idea of what I wanted, but was unsure about how I wanted it specifically conveyed. I gave some general ideas, but wanted him to run with his own interpretation. He created something more beautiful and profound than I could have ever imagined. I knew to come to Low not only for his distinctive style, but also trust in knowing that he views this process with the lens of what the piece means for the client as well. The shop itself is clean, with a very welcoming environment. They treat you like family here and will go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. Branda is amazing at what she does, -she has so much passion for art and making sure all her clients feel comfortable and welcomed. I got a flash tattoo done by Branda and it was one of the best tattoo experiences I've had! Branda was very tentative about what I wanted and how I wanted the tattoo to look. They have faded drastically and it hasn't even been a year to the point where a different tattoo shop had to touch up for me and I did NOT get color done. On top of that I've seen other artists make a face at the work done and this makes me think that it's very poorly done. Everyone is also constantly late and it's REALLY loud and chaotic which makes the experience bad and parking sucks.

I showed them what I had in mind, and Diem came up with an even better idea for my tattoo. It turned out amazing--she did a fantastic job. She was also very polite and answered all my questions. I haven't gotten any tattoos since Trung did my last one five years ago, but I will definitely come back for more from the artists here. They are highly skilled and really understand what you want. If I remember correctly I came in on 8/1/25 and Nhi took care of getting me the paperwork to fill out and did the actual piercing. Before we even did it she asked me about where I wanted it and was very patient with me in making sure it was exactly where I wanted it. It took a couple of tries but I got it to where I want it. Nhi did an amazing job! I barely felt anything and the piercing came out great! I spoke to Trung after about possibly getting another tattoo finished/touched up so in time I'll make another appointment for that. Also, the shop is pretty small so I don't recommend bringing lots of friends. Overall I met Nhi and Trung and they're very chill and will work with you on getting what you want. Highly recommend this shop for all your tattoo/ piercing needs!
