Until I started seeing Faye! Seeing Faye was the most progress I had ever reached on my skin clearing journey. Faye created a treatment plan for our sessions building on our work each appointment. Faye provided wonderful holistic advice that really made the difference in my progress - diet/ nutrition, skin products, etc. Faye took the time to teach me about the products I should use for my type of skin and review the products that I was currently using - which was super helpful because before I was absolutely clueless. I really appreciated Faye's holistic approach to skincare. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to skincare and I would recommend her to anyone in need of an aesthetician.

I did see this on the agreement when booking, but the fact that I had to go to work unexpectedly and they "already waived the fee" for me two years ago made this entire situation infuriating. I will gladly let them keep my $85 if it encourages potential clients to take their business elsewhere. It is also inaccurate that their policy is industry standard, as I've worked at a salon and am currently a happy patron at several others.

Although I really appreciate the full refund, the "special offer" of another facial and massage for $69.99 was ridiculous and boarder line offensive.
