The woman with the blonde and fading pink bob, was so unkind and had a major attitude when 'helping' me schedule my surgery. For this reason I will avoid the Eden Prairie location at all costs. I left feeling awful. The anticipation of my upcoming surgery, wasn't made any less unpleasant by the lack of empathy or compassion from the front desk staff. Which is sad, considering it is a first and last point of contact at the clinic. Incredibly disappointing, especially when the doctor and her assistant are so awesome.
